My point is it is fictional show and they are showing the things right to an extent
even you don't see the right portrayal of Hinduism or Christianity
muslimism is a vast subject and everybody has their own beliefs some believes on hadiths where some are not
so what BI cvs showing isnt wrong talaaq is allowed but disgusted the ratio of talaaq has reached upto 67%.. so it's good subject to show how this attempt may cause you hurdles in life..
talking about ramadan yaar aj kal kaun religion ko sahi se follow karaha hai yeh batao even you don't see the right attempts in Pakistani show
I am not here to defend but all I can say think broadly amd start avoiding things
now don't give me this excuse love k this is about religion
if this is so then you're not even allowed to watch tv love
so be practical while watchig any tv
they have shown much better things too
like when barkat came they did quran khuwani
when fahad was in crisis they showed recite quran you get your answer and trust me we all not do such things in real life.. so this is the good portrayal
Be little practical love while watching. . You're quite mature near me so stay the same

I don't see it as a muslim show, I see it as the story of Zain and Aaliya who happened to be muslims and they live in a diverse country like India where all religions are interconnected...so the influence of all religions and all cultures ,good or bad are bound to happen in their lives and practices. So you won't be able to see pure islamic practices in their lives. So them going to dargahs and places are part of a culture than a religion. The things that the cvs have shown especially in yesterday's episode, things like neighbours taunting the Haiders, vigilante justice, emotional blackmail from the family, giving more importance to what society will think than our own interests etc, reflect more on the Indian society than on the religion people belong to, it happens to people of all religion. Ofcourse we are not happy with the story line because of the torture Zaya is going through and the long dark tunnel the producer have chosen for the story line and overwhelming number of negative characters in the show!!
Having said all that I have questions regarding the halala concept, why it is a collective punishment for both husband and wife for a mistake of husband and answers always have been it is to deter a man from divorcing the woman..so why punish the woman and what about forgiveness for the man who committed the mistake and allowing him to have a second chance..these are unanswered questions.

I am not a scholar but from what I am aware of I wanted to clear something up. Although many muslims do not know about halala, many know that three thalaks= end of relationship. By three thalaks I mean three divorces, not uttering the word thalak three times. The couple cannot remarry after this (unless halala has happened). The divorce shown in beintehaa was shown as it being like one divorce, where it all happened quickly and suddenly without anyone looking into it

There's the question of does the thalak that zain gave count as three divorces or one. For one thing he said thalak a million times in anger and also it depends on whether he meant it as I want our relationship to be over forever like three divorces. If she was pregnant at the time then divorce is also null

Also think of halala as a situation. It is not something that you do or make happen, it's something that should just occur without the intention to make it come about. You don't say I'm going to do halala... No that is not what Islam tells you. If you happened to remarry and then something went wrong in your marriage which lead to divorce THEN you can marry your ex husband if somehow he comes back into the picture.

My final point, after divorce the ex couple shouldn't be casually around each other like they used to be like when they were married. Especially if the divorce has counted as three divorces, there is no way back- that is why it isn't appropriate. If this is adhered to you wouldn't get a situation like this where it seems unfair
