Gagan Producers get aggregate data of Metros where BI appeala while Channel gets Avg of All India so its always less

Anyways not a big deal bcz last week BI was not at all promoted

like seriously, how can BI status not change for 2 continuous weeks? we deserve better..even if no promos!
