I know I might sound crazy, but did you guys notice the writings on Zain's plaster??

Along with all the "Get well soon" and other scribbles, there was a prominent one "Preeti ❤️❤️"

Ab ye Preeti kaun hai?😆 Don't remember Zain mentioning any Preeti😛

Preetika ka short form toh nahi?😆

Im off before you guys throw tomatoes and chappals #OkBye
