Like Mamu, like bhanjee...

I just want to start off with first though that Aaliya has been ROCKING these past few episodes! THIS was the Aaliya I was waiting to see. She is going to teach all those fools how it's really done.

Not just Aaliya but Usman as well. They both know how to teach others lessons, but in THEIR own ways, without stooping down to the other persons level. They keep it classy. From Usman teaching Suraiya a lesson with the alcohol and divorce crap to Aaliya, telling Suraiya off indirectly and putting Zain in his place.

And today was just epic. The way she got back at Zain for insulting her and making her cry, but she did it Aaliya style. But one thing caught my attention, I think Usman totally knew what Aaliya was up to. I mean come one, he's from Bhopal, he grew up there, he knows all the traditions. He wouldn't forget one like that. He KNEW there wasn't any tradition like that in Bhopal but he went along with it because he's going to side with Aaliya and he knows what she's doing. He trusts her, because he sees himself in her. Her ways, are like his. And the chilli part confirmed it, because when she picked it up, he just kept looking at Zain, like yeah that's right son, EAT IT. He knew exactly what Aaliya was doing and supported her because even Chand bi got nervous but Usman had a straight face.

Anyways other than that, I've been loving BI. I love how different it is in the sense Aaliya isn't one of those girls who will stay quiet and keep crying and putting up with everything. Aaliya's dialogues are just amazing. The way she says..."main puri self respect ke saath rahoongi is kamre mein, jaante ho kyun, kyun nikah kiya hai tumne. Qubool Hai kaha tumne. Aur yeh haqq hai mera." And the way she tells Zain "Shariah law parvaoon?"

" Nikah kiya hai maine, mere liye, yeh Allah pak ki marzi hai, aur is marzi ko, unka karam samaj ke jiyoon ghi" THAT was my all time favorite.

I really love the way they incorporate Islams teachings through these dialogues, it just makes the m all the more better.

Her and Usman really are sooo alike, because he does the exact same in the way he talks. Like I said, she really is Mamu ki Bhanjee.

I can't wait to see how this one month challenge goes. I think in the end Zain is going to win, but not on his terms. Aaliya will be the one to want to walk out herself, but at that point, Zain won't want her to. He'll have fallen in love with her by that time.
