Maybe it's because she knows she is married to him now and also because she's being framed as someone she's not.. Maybe she just wants to make things clear.. I think it's a number of reasons that are being mentioned here.. Also, there's always been some kind of chemistry since childhood and he is her cousin too.

Both Aliya and Zain always cared about each other, but they hid it well with their bickering, which they named as hate.😆

I think she feels guilty for not saying no as she can see how much this marriage has been hurting Zain. Also I think anyone would hate it if someone else thought they were a liar, and they trapped them.
