It would be interesting, wonder if Aliya's family had been to Mumbai for Fahad's wedding.

On the last bit, it's a point of scholar difference, there is no hard and fast rule applied. Based on culture people decide the time.

Walimah is a Sunnah Practice, meaning: something the Prophet (Saw) did and encouraged others to do.

they should have it... plus I think usman will want to have it considered his associates and friends based in Mumbai were unable to attend the wedding so he most probably will want to throw a party to announce his son's wedding... I hope aaliya's family does come...it will be awesome.

me wants walimah.i happy watching this show i can know about the muslim culture i never attended any muslim marriages so unaware of rituals in muslim marriages
