Zaya Drabble: Honeymoon Days- Day 8(D)

"Zain, your phone is ringing," she said, as soon as she saw him come out of the washroom. She hoped everything would be settled by now but it seemed like no one wanted to let go of it.

"What the heck Aliya? What did you do this time?" he asked her. The amount of calls he had answered during the day was enough for him to last the whole honeymoon.

"I don't know," she replied, praying that it was not due to the text message she sent.

After Zain was done with the call, he looked at Aliya's face, questioning him about what that was all about.

"Don't worry, that was dad. He called to tell me that since we've been holed up here for almost every day we were here, we have to go to a party that one of his friends in Mauritius is hosting the day after," he told her while Aliya sighed.

Lo, hogaya.
