Wow, so heads up, this post is about Karan and well, solely Karan, not about the sisters.
Initially, when Karan was first shown, I was like this man is PERFECT. The way he took care of Aastha, cared about her, married her, told her he would love her forever and was willing to wait for her.
I remember that a lot of us were like, damn this guy is too good to be true. He's so amazing for actually being able to do all this for someone.
And I can say, I was really happy that Smriti found a guy that was perfect for her, especially after all the hardships she had to endure, it seemed great that she was now settled.
And then the changes began to show, and wow, Karan just got worse and worse and worse gradually.
Today's episode was definitely a shocker! I would have never imagined him to abuse Smriti, Ever! But that's what he did, all drunk and slapping his wife. And then he has other motives.
All the niceness from the beginning, wasn't actually niceness, it was all just a plot to get revenge.
And I have to say, I'm really really saddened by that. I really loved Karan's character and just how everything seemed so perfect with him around, but alas! That's not meant to be.
Like even after I found out that Karan was doing all this for revenge, a part of me still hoped he would ultimately change and realize his mistakes so that him and Smriti can start all over again. But I jsut read the TB article, and well it said that Karan's cameo is ending, so well that's going to be the end of that.
Kudos to Karan (the actor) for playing this role SO well, and I know all this was written too soon, considering he has a few more episodes to go before it will be the end, but I just wanted to share with you all :)
