Halter and Tube is the way to go!
When you have great shoulders (and sometimes when you don't and you just want to follow trends), you show them off in halter and tube dresses. Take a look at these chicas flaunting what they've got.
Urvashi Dholakia: The make-up is pretty and the hair is fine but she should have covered those arms. The shiny tight tube top does nothing for her broad frame. And we can't figure what exactly she is wearing.
