If Barrister Babu has been a series of lessons for us viewers so far, BRC is going to be our test.

In every other show, Batuk Roy Chaudhary would have been the ML. Handsome, loves his family, does not believe in romantic love, has a sibling he adores jiske liye woh kuch bhi kar sakta hai, baspan ka trauma hai jo ab bhi affect karta hai, and he claims to hate the FL and wants to show her 'uski sahi jagah'

Apni FL on the other hand, also has the qualities of a typical FL. Spirited, family oriented, from a less financially stable background than the ML, loving and already committed to someone else.

Yeh normally har show ka starting hota. ML would have misunderstood that FL is harming the adored sibling. FL ka partner would have been evil, boring or dead. As the show progressed, we would have waited for the heroine ka pyaar to redeem the hero, and the hero to realise his love for the heroine and also realise that the heroine is not responsible for hurting the sibling in any way. Then after a lot of tashan and misunderstandings and chemistry fueled moments, we would have gotten our happily ever after.

Yeh kahani kitni baar suni hai humnein?

But BB did it differently, they made the heroine and her partner as the leads, spent 1.5+ years developing their story and relationship. They made the partner realistic, human but still completely supreme. They showed that the heroine and her partner have a beautiful relationship, based on mutual trust, respect, understanding, affection, and now, chemistry as well. And ab, after a long time, they finally got the conventional ITV ML into the show.

Agar true feminism sikhana ho, toh it is not just necessary to teach the boys to treat women right, we need to teach girls that they deserve the best and when coming to a partner, they need to choose the best, and to do that unhe asli heere ki pehchaan honi chahiye.

BB spent the last 1.5 years showing viewers (majority female) a true heera. And ab hum seekhe ki nahi, yeh test karne kaanch ka tukda rakha hai saamne. Taaki most of us realise that BB se pehle, a lot of us used to drool over kaanch, isiliye abhi bhi majority ITV MLs kaanch ke hi hai.

And looking at how majority fandom has already made Batuk the villain, hum sab bhi heere ki pehchaan seekh gaye hai...

I love your take on Batuk's track⭐️

I just hope the makers handle this track properly and not mess up. I am a bit skeptical because most itv shows don't execute this look alike track properly

Thank you!! I feel Pravi playing Batuk has not much significance in the larger scheme... It is just a device to make heera and kaanch contrast stronger...

You have portrayed perfectly Ashley! 👍The most unfortunate in itv shows which made me to leave the shows for many years. Har serial mein aisa hota hai pyar ka ehsaas hone se pehle itna jhagda hota hai ki ml koi kami nahi chodta fl ko neecha dikhane mein😡

I have endured for 1-2 shows , but this has become the basic formula

which irritated me to the core. I hope they show the best and try to mend Bhatuk decently.

Makers aisa hi soch rahe hai... Woh log contrast clearly set kar rahe hai. And the sibling being 'harmed' misconception from the precap sealed the deal. And apna track record prove karne, I am going to humble brag that I was one of the few who was sure Mano would always remain positive.

Baki jagah se aisi aisi khabar mili hai ki mood kachra ho gaya hai... Yeh log ekk din bhi chain se nahi rehte hai... abhi toh AnVisht BTS mila... They are trying to promote now...so hume unki efforts ko praise karna chahiye...but nahi... people have started their negativity...
