You never changed
That day was as unique as the sun rising in West... Bondita Das could not reply... She had the replies but there was no body who could support her with closed eyes.... The burning soul of hers wanted water... The groaning heart of hers wanted peace... But she got none... Neither peace... Nor support...
She was going inside the court when she was stopped and asked " how many cases have you fought till date.... First ever lady barrister... "
" A lady in barrister robe is good to see... But hard to work upon..."
"Yeah I heard somewhere you've gotten a case... Gonna win... Well I doubt...."
She didn't say anything... Instead she stormed towards the waiting room... She couldn't get it... Why were they after like dogs after meat...
The day went harshly for it started with a bang... She didn't return to her home... Instead she sat in a waiting room... It was slowly darkening but she wasn't in any mood to face anyone... So she thought to seat somewhere alone in her solitude...
The evening was cloudy... As the clouds had their impact on the sky... It seemed like the sky was also upset and wanted to drain it's unhappiness...
She was so engrossed in her thoughts... That she didn't notice the bustle in the town because of the rain...
The big droplets neither drenched her soul which was burning... Nor her body which was covered with fears... Fears that she might become a failure... Fears that she might break down... Which needed to be washed off...
Something protected her... From being wet... May be there were strengths which could be washed off with the fears... He held it strongly... He couldn't let her fears getting merged with her strength... Nor he could let her strength being washed off...
So he decided to protect her... Like always... Until eternity ends...
She felt the difference... She looked up and saw him standing tall in front of her... He was completely drenched in the rain... But his hopes flying above the sky... To show her the place where she belongs...
Fresh and fine tears welled up in her eyes... But never could she conclude... Why?? The rain stopped as she started draining her emotions...
She got up... She cleared her blurry vision by blinking... But she could never clear her blurry heart...
The moon was the audience...
He broke the serenity... But the silence remained in the dark environment which was hushed...
He spoke with tenderness... " Knowing everything is easy but understanding something is difficult... Growing frustrated is easy but controlling your frustration is difficult... "
His face was as stern as before...
Her emotions layered with a thick sheet of agitation... Agitations which never ended... Which were eternal...
He spoke again but with an increased voice...
" Changes are necessary for everyone... You're mostly counted among everyone... Don't be sweet... Show your inner tigress to them... Change yourself... "
She spoke with a tremendously broken voice...
" Changes are hectic... Changes are frightening... Changes are painful..."
" Changes are the kisses of dark... Changes are the roses of snow... Changes are the wild roads in windy nights.... " Said Anirudh experiencing each and every word lavishly...
"That's why you changed... But still... I would say... You didn't change... You couldn't change..."
"I've changed Bondita" he shouted...
" Ohh... Then .. Why are you here... Why are you protecting me again... Why are you guiding me... I know the cause... You never changed Anirudh Roy Chaudhary " she said with a sarcastic smile...
