Chapter-3

Soon a complete month was over and it was time for Bondhita to go back to Calcutta was her classes were to resume on Monday.

“ Aap jaldi aana Boudi.” Batuk said.

“ Holi pe aaungi na.” She replied and then went on to take baba’s blessings.

“ Bondhita….jaldi jaao warna rail chal degi.” Baba said.

Anirudh had gone back to London last week to settle a few affairs and then would directly reach Calcutta.

“ Chalo Boudi.” Soham said.

“ Ji dada.” Bondhita replied and they left.

The next morning, as she reached Calcutta, she quickly went to her college as she was late.

It was a long day for her as she reached home, she was totally exhausted so she went to have a long bubble bath.

As she got back, all she found was her tempting bad, but she was too hungry.

“ Bhookh toh bahut lagi hai par banayega kaun?” She muttered.

Then the doorbell rang.

“ Iss samay kaun ho sakta hai?” She said to herself.

She went to open the door and there stood Anirudh in all his glory.

“ Anirudh babu….aap? Aap aaj aana wale the?” She asked trying to recall.

“ Kya Mishti? Bhul gayi kya?” Anirudh teased her.

“ Nahi….woh….main….” She started to stammer.

Anirudh used to affect her like no one ever did.

“ Ab yahi khada rakhogi yaa andar aa jau?” He questioned.

She suddenly broke out of her trance.

“ Aaiye na.” She replied, walking aside.

He walked inside.

“ Ghar toh kaafi accha hai. Yahin rehena hai yaa haveli mein?” He asked her.

“ Mujhe kahin bhi rehene mein koi aapatti nahi hai. Aapko jahan acchalage.” She replied.

“ Bondhita…..kyu bhul jaati ho jo bhi main batata hoon? Jab bhi maintumse koi prashn karun toh wo jawab hi do jo tum chahti ho….main nahi.” She objected.

“ Par Anirudh babu…..mujhe sach mein koi bhi dikkat nahi hai. Haveli tohmere college ke paas hi hai. Wahan issliye nahi reh rahi hoon kyuki itni badihaveli mein mai akele rehna nahi chahti thi. Par ab jab aap bhi yahin rahengetoh haveli mein rehna accha hoga kyuki who college aur court, dono se hi paashai.” She replied.

“ Theek hai. Par abhi toh mujhe kamra toh bata do.” He said.

“ Kya Anirudh babu…..aapne hi prashn kiya aur ab aap hi aise bol rahe hain.” She whined.

“ Areee….ab jo puch raha hoon uska uttar bhi nahi de rahi ho.” He teased her further.

“ Chaliye.” She said and he followed her.

“ Yahan.” She replied and then left him alone to go to the kitchen to cook something.

Anirudh while entering the room smelt orchids and coconut, his Mishti’s fragrance.

The moment he had seen her one month back, he was left spellbound. He didn’t want to be just her mentor anymore. He wanted more. He had accepted her as his wife and was hoping that she would do the same.

The most expressive about his Mishti were her eyes. He could get lost in her eyes and never be able to come back.

She looked absolutely cute when she stood there in front of his room, making a to-do list that night when he broke her rambling.

The way her eyebrows would rise when curious, her cheeks would blush with a beautiful shade of red when someone compliments her and her hair, how they flow with the wind, teasing him to tuck them back of her ears.

“ Anirudh babu…..khana khane aa jaaiye.” He heard her call for him.

He walked into the dining room and they had dinner.

“ Chalo…..ab so jao jaake. Bahut raat ho gayi hai.” He said to her.

“ Haan……bas yeh sab rakh ke aati hoon.” She replied and picked the utensils up.

Anirudh took the leftovers and walked along with her to the kitchen.

“ Anirudh babu….aap rehene dijiye. Mai kar lungi, aap itna lamba safar kar kea aye hain, thak gaye honge.” She said, trying to take the food from him.

“ Tum bhi toh thak gayi hogi. Chalo ab hato, mujhe kaam karne do.” Hesaid as he started keeping stuff.

She just smiled and washed the utensils.

She couldn’t have got a husband better than Anirudh. She was so lucky.

“ Ab saara kaam ho gaya hai, chalo. Phir kal college bhi jaana hai aurtumhari neend poori hona bahut zaroori hai warna bimaar pad jaati ho.” He said,dragging her along with him.

“ Anirudh babu…..abhi nahi so sakti. Kuch kaam hai college ka.” She replied, taking her books out of the bag as they reached the room.

Then Bondhita did her college work. Anirudh insisted to her to help but she kept denying it, asking him to sleep.

He was sleeping on the right side of the bed and there was no couch, so she decided to make a pillow wall in between them. It wasn’t like she did not trust him, she did not trust herself. She sometimes used to move a lot on the bed and may end up accidentally kicking him and she didn’t want that.

The next morning, as she woke up, what she feared had happened.

Her hand was on Anirudh's chest, holding his kurta tightly. As she realized what she was doing.

Anirudh had woken up and she found him looking at her.

“ Sorry.” She said as she immediately took her hand away from him.

Anirudh had not spoken a word. He was just looking at her.

“ Anirudh babu…..aap aise kya dekh rahi hain?” She asked.

“ Yahi….ki tumhari naak abhi bhi utni si hi hai jitni tab thi.” He replied.

Her eyes went wide.

“ Kya kaha aapne Anirudh babu…..meri naak choti hai!” She exclaimed, getting up from the bed and standing in front of the mirror and touched he rnose.

Anirudh got up too and went to her and stood behind her, looking at her in the mirror.

“ Haan….utni hi hai….choti si.” He replied, looking at her and pulling her nose.

“ Hatiye aap. Mujhe baat hi nahi karni.” She got angry and started toleave when he pulled her by her hand.

“ Mazaak kar raha tha Mishti.” He said, laughing.

“ Nahi….mujhe baat hi nahi karni. Jaane dijiye.” She huffed and tried tofree herself.

“ Aree baba….itna gussa?” He asked, amused.

“ Haan….bus ab hatiye na, warna der ho jayegi.” She said and finally heleft her.

“ Aaj jaa ke tayaar ho jaiye. Main jaa rahi hoon naashta banana.” She said and walked out.

Coming close to Anirudh used to leave her confused. Something and some feeling that she wasn’t accustomed to feel but she liked spending time with him.

Quickly cooking, she served in two plates and by that time Anirudh had stepped out in his white and black suit.

She served him and then went to freshen up and get ready.

Within twenty minutes she got ready too and then had breakfast.

“ Chalo, main tumhe college chod deta hoon, phir court chala jaunga.”Anirudh said.

“ Nahi Anurudh babu…..apko deri ho jayegi. Main chali jaungi.” She resisted.

“ Har baat naa manani zaroori nahi hoti Mishti. Chalo ab.” She said sternly.

“ Kitna robb jhadte hain.” She muttered to herself.

“ Suna maine.” He said, amused.

“ Isiliye toh bola tha.” She replied back and then picked her bag up.

“ Aise baat karte hain apne pati se?” Anirudh chuckled, joking.

“ Aapne hi toh sikhaya tha Anirudh babu, jawaab sabko dena chahiye.”Bondhita replied.

“ Aree wah! Waise toh meri kahi koi bhi baat yaad nahi reheti tumhe paryeh waali baat acche se yaad hai?” He joked again.

“ Haan toh….yeh baat aap din mein hazaar baar bolte the.” She told backand both of them started laughing at those memories.

“ Chalo ab warna late ho jayega.” He said and both of them walked out.

“ Aap jaldi ghar aa jayiga phir aapko haveli bhi dikhani hai. Baba batarahe the ki aapne who kabhi nahi dekhi hai.” She said.

“ Theek hai…..tum college ke bahat mera intezaar karna, main tumhe pick karunga aur phir chalenge.” He replied and she nodded.

Soon, they were at college and Bondhita bid bye to him.

Both of them didn’t really wanted to leave but they eventually had to.

Bondhita was confused about everything happening with her, but for Anirudh, he was clear.

He knew that he was falling in love with her. But first, he wanted her to be his best friend and he would continue to mentor her.

This was simply beautiful.. Innocent bondita is not able to understand her own feelings but anurudh us very clear in his thoughts it would be really interesting to see their relationship growing gradually and you are doing a great job in giving us updates like these where we get to see them coming close and one becoming more sure and the other going more confuse about their feelings.. But the update was too short please give us a little longer update next time

Wonderful update

The interaction between Rundhita was simple and cute which made it so much nice.

It is nice to read that Bondita is in love but not able to understand and Anirudh is already aware of his feelings and so waiting to read how their relationship will grow and develop with Time
