Doctor saying to Sindoora, Divya has develop some problem, if someone removes the oxygen for few seconds can be harmful to her brain...and Sindoora has evil smile on her face..😡Abhey Khajoor, aur koi nahi mila tha bataane ke liye?😆

Seems to be repeat of last year scenes😕...when Sagar was in hospital, so she will try to harm Divya now.

When she smiles it rains..never seen her smiling face.😆

Another Blooper i think if it is...Divya had been shot in stomach, not in head..so how come the Doctor says tht her brain or head might get affected if someone removes the oxygen?😊

Although it's talking about an empty stomach.....i think the bullet might've injured the part of the stomach which makes this hormone. So now we know that thanks to that shot she's remembering her past life
