Ignoring her real feelings?

The way Divya reacts to Amar seems very real to me. She wants him to like her but at the same time claims that there is no love between them. Why? Because she is an educated young woman from the UK who would not even dream of falling for a village boy. It just does not happen in reality but at the same time she cannot ignore that Amar has done so much for her which any other person would never do. He respects her a lot but at times makes her uncomfortable with his 'love' talks and when she is with him, she is happy. Its as if she is continuously telling herself 'Its fine, he didn't mean anything when he said that or did this but what if he did?'

I completely agree Reemz, it seems that whenever she is actually with Amar, she forgets everything and is in bliss.. but when she starts to analyse things, that's when she feels a bit strange. But you're right, there is nothing but happiness on her face when she's with him.. he is just more comfortable in expressing it out loud than she is..

I cant believe he actually talked about loving her today, woweee!! Hopefully she wont think it's Bindiya, I doubt it, cos he's already told her a gazillion times about not liking her.. but let's see. 😳

100% agree with you Reemz... she on one hand seems to be thinking that its normal...its his duty to help him.. but then wonders y is it just him.. i hope some point in time in Banaras, i hope she encounters the Train Sadu which makes her reflect on what the reason was for her to come to Banaras and confesses her love for him.
but i think she'll realize her love when she reaches delhi.. it would be interesting if she sneaks into sagar-vidya's room and remember the past.....
awww that would be perfect!

Hmm...I really don't think she's opposed to the fact that Amar's a village boy, Reemz. I think Divya sees herself as a sensible, responsible girl and according to her, any sensible, responsible girl does not fall in love so fast. So even though her feelings are changing, she's refusing to acknowledge that because she believes she can not possibly be in love.

But you're absolutely right! Being with Amar does make her happy. That's why her eyes/heart seek out Amar even though her mind may tell her not to 😳

^Hmm so you dont think she's denying her feelings because he is a benerasi guy? You might be right. I think its a 'girls' confusion.

Haila! Is that HR's son with him in your avi? Ive never seen him. Awww!!

Yep, that's Hrehan! 😛

See, Divya's been shown to be a person who would treat everyone equally. Even in the beginning when she disliked Amar, it's because she thought he was a chor, not because she viewed him as any lesser than her.
