| Sharad not to quit Dulhann Rumors mills are abuzz again that Sharad Malhotra aka Saagar is quitting Banno Main Teri Dulhann. Earlier he was facing some health issues so the serial authorities had decided to kill his character but the viewers wanted him back. We tried to find out the truth from the horses mouth. "I don't know about any such thing. This show has provided me with name and fame because of which my fans love me. I have got a few offers but I just don't want to disclose things until everything is finalized. But right now I'm very much a part of Dulhann. This serial is my lucky charm and whatever I'm today is because of it. Whoever has spread these rumours must have done it for publicity. It will only help the serial," says Sharad, quashing all the rumours. We also spoke to the production house for their side of the story. They also toed a similar line. "Sharad's character is very important in the serial as Vidya and Saagar are the main pillars of Dulhann. He has got some offers but nothing has been finalized yet so it will be too early to comment on it. But as of now no change in hero - Sharad will continue to play Saagar." We hope that the replacement theory in serials won't be applicable in Dulhann! |
