Tick-Tock memory is back in check?

Does Sagar remember about the rain. Cause in the episode he tells Vidya to come out of the rain as if he hates it. Then she tells him about the past. She puts his arms outwards. Then he begins to enjoy the rain.Sometimes doctors say due to lightning memories kick back in. He probably remembers that much about Vidya. In the promo it seems as if he is restless with that faded memory. That he confides in Vidya somehow.
