Teri yaad saath rahein - Part Three
Sagar furiously kicks his cubboard door and holds his head tightly as it throbs in distress and anger "Yeh ho kya raha hain?" A few minutes later, Sagar summons everyone in the family to the living room. After everyone appears in the living room, in an icy tone, Sagar says "Kya meri shaadi Vidya se huwi thi?" there is dead silence in the room, as everyone recovers from the shock of Sagar finding out the truth. Sagar's mother bites her lip and slowly says "Beta woh.." Sagar raises his hand to stop her "Maa..haan ya na?" Sagar's mother keeps quiet tears welling in her eyes...Aniket puts his hand on her shoulder and calms her "haan Sagar par.."
Sagar is shocked and in denial "isse shaadi ko main..main nahi maantha...aur kya kya hua hain jo aap logon ne mujhse chupayi hain?" Aniket worriedly says "Sagar tumhe araam ki zaroorat hain, ithna stress tumhare sehath keliye achi nahi hain.." Sagar shakes his head "nahi jiju, mujhe abhi ke abhi sab kuch jaana hain, aapko bathana hi hoga" Aniket then narrates to him what all happened in the past one year, his father going to Benares, Vidya marrying him, His father passing away, adoption of Sameer etc...tears roll down Sagar's eyes and he thinks of his father..Vidya sits on the stairs crying uncontrallably as she watches Sagar's state and then his words keep ringing in her ears "main..isse shaadi ko nahin maanta"
Just then there is thunderous burst of knocks on the door, Sagar goes to open the door and invites the people in...everyone stands up in shock as police men come in...An officer says "aap main se Sindoora Pratap Singh kaun hain?" Sindoora is dead shocked, sweat trickles down her forehead and mentally kicks herself for not anticipating this and doing something...she stutters "main...main hi hoon Sindoora Pratap Singh, aa..apko mujhse kya..kya kaam hain?" The officer comes forward saying "humare paas aapka arrest warrant hain" Sindoora raises a hand in the air "what nonsense, kisse jurm main..aap..aap mujhe giraftaar karsakte hain?"
Sindoora breathes heavily as she sweats in anxiousness..Sagar smirks "di..aapne jo khel khel ka accident banaya tha, usse jurm main.." Everyone is shocked and Sindoora shivers even more...Sagar mother's dimisses Sagar's words "yeh tum kya keh rahe ho Sagar, saaf saaf kyun nahi kehte?" Sagar sits down on a sofa and calmly says "Sindoora di ne mera accident karvaaya tha, in fact jab mein unko madad keliye pukaara tha, unhone mere accident karne waale ka truck driver ko paise diye aur mujhe dekhthi rahi, par meri madad nahi ki.." The officer sends two police women to handcuff Sindoora who protests and protests as she looks at her son sobbing and then running up to his room...Sindoora is dragged out by the police women then Sagar shuts the door. Without saying another word, he rushes up the stairs ignoring a sobbing Vidya on the stairs. ("tujhse naraaz nahin zindagi..heraan hoon..heraan hoon.." plays)
After an hour, Sagar goes to his room to find Vidya making the bed. Vidya sees him and smiles "aap aa gaye, chalo jaldi se haath moo dol lijiye, hum aap ke liye garma garam dood le aate hain" Vidya happily walks a few steps when Sagar's mocking voice stops her.. "MAIN BACCHA NAHIN HOON, humph chali aaye dood lene" Sagar then rolls his eyes and strides over to where Vidya is standing and continues "apne aap ko meri patni samaj ne ki bhool kabhi math karna" Vidya gasps, as tears well up in her eyes, threatening to spill out and taking a deep breath says "agar humse..humse koi bhool ho gayi ho to hume maaj kar dijiye.." sagar grits his teeth, "tumhari sabse badhi bhool kanooni thor par meri patni hona hain"
