I have a feeling,Harsh would turn to be Vidya's well wisher at the end,maybe once he comes to know of the power of Shambunath and the divinity of Vidya.And I bet then he wouldnt let Chachi and Shalu spoil everything for Vidya. Maybe Chachi's words that Harsh is like Vidya's brother will come true and he would be like a bhaiya for her??
Maybe he would marry Chandra or maybe not But i am sure he would be on Vidya's side at the end
