How hard is it to play a mad person? - Page 2

Well actign childish isn't all that hard..........but it's actually quite different to actign as if you have mental health problems..........as mentioned before, you have to have consistency and not turn out looking like a clown!

But it's different for different people!............Gurdeeps actign as Vedika was very loud.........running and screaming........

Whereas Sharad's acting as Sagar is most of the time small and quiet - exactly like a baccha.........

Personally I feel it would be easier to acta s Sagar than Vedika!

i agree with nibbles, gurdeep truely acted very well in sindhoor when she played a mad women. lol if i go around doin dat people would really think i m mad, hmmm i think its quite easy to play the role saagar is playing but difficult to play vidhya(every moment therez something wierd in stock for her) i must say her acting is fabulous. She looks like typical ganwar ladhki👏

Everyone can put themselves in a postition of a raped woman(not that we would want anyone to do that) and we all kno how a child thinks and behaves so we can portray that role as well. I disagree. You may not understand how a mad person acts but nor do you understand exactly how a raped woman would feel (God forbid that happened to anyone). There are so many complexities the character would have to express where as I feel that everyone can be mad at times. We can all lose our temper and sometimes say things which we regret later. Yes, its hard to keep it consistent on the screen and for which the actors must be applauded for.

I think mad person acting is really hard. But in reallity its really hard to spend a life with mad person. especially like Sagar. Like in this drama Vidya is trying for being always there for Sagar but Sagar is mad and he doesn't know anything and he is making her fun which really hurts her. I thing that's the most hurting moment for Vidya. But I think this drama will be more good by showing that how Vidya will handle everything right now its look like its really hard for her but her ShambooNath is with her and he gonna help her.

I disagree with you i think its really hard to play mad person's character because you have to act without looking stupid

actually out of all the characters mentioned i have seen Gurpreet(Vedika) and Sharad(Saagar)..i think out of the two Vedika's character is tough to play the facial expressions and all that..i think it takes a toll on ones mental stability as well..whereas i think Saagar is a very easy role to play..i think he does not actually act mad he acts childish that is totally different from being mad..that's my opinion

I would say both roles are challenging, yes being mad in a way is finding the child in oneself but still its challenging to portray that depending on the situation, same with doing a different role, it has its own challenges as well where they have to reflect and think how they'll perform the role

Its hard for and adult to act like childishbut i guess someone within 18 can ac t childish a bit easily

Great discussion..i don't think its too hard for people who are in their early twenties and stuff...sometimes its actually easy for them because in real life they are reali childish..e.g. deevyani as in daboo of reth, samar's wife, her role wz childish 2 and in real life she acts childish 2 sumtyms, i remember her acting out how she acts when she wants something from her husband.it wz soo funny, it wz exactly the way she acts in reth...she wz soo cute...lol ok now bk 2 da discussion i dnt think its tht hard, but i think it wil b weird n funny acting lyk tht... but i think 2 do a role wher u have been raped iz more harder coz u need them emotions etc there, where as wen ur mad ne emotion can b used... but raped u cnt smile or summut where as wen ur doin a mad role u can laugh wen u wnt n cry wen u wnt..i think we do giv a bit more high status 2 actresses wen dey dnt reali need it...but stil hard work duz go in2 it..but i wudnt say its as hard as doin a role of a raped person... 😃 once again reemz a reali gr8 discussion made..thanks 😃
