vidya is illiterate

I don't think they are trying to make vidya a dumb person …. Earlier I saw post where it said that she cant be that illiterate to know how to count the money and how to use the shower … ….. i strongly agree that they are showing the reality ….. my grandmother doesn't is illiterate and she doesn't know how to count even though she used to work …. Another thing vidya was leaving with her chachi …. And after seeing her chachi do u really think that she ever gave money to vidya ….. she lived in village type of area …. I m sure they don't have shower in their home ….. so I m not really surprised that she doent know how to use shower ….. in India there are people who don't have knowledge of this things

Anyways I did felt sorry for her ….. it was sad to watch her like that

ok i agree with you but one thing i don't understant is vidya's mum is literate. why didn't she try to teach her dougther? i like this show but few things don't match. she can't be that illiterate in these days.

I agree. She knew what is nighty and understands jacket and other stuff she talks to her friend Radha who seems to be very intelligent and literate. If friends spend lot of time together..Radha could have helped her teach some stuff...don't you think??

Also I do not think her mom is literate..doesn't she put her thumb print on the house papers..

I do start to like this show and wait for the video on the 'IF' as thats the only place i watch it...I used to watch Bhabhi and now switched to this..

Anyways lets see whats in the store for vidya :-)

& vidya was so nice at those scenes she makes me cry
