The serial revolves around this girl vidhya who stays with her mom.The house and all the property belongs to vidhya's dad(late) but after his death vidhya's paternal uncle n aunt take chare over the house n they start treating vidhya n her mom like servants.she even burns vidhya's hand n always tortures that poor grl n her mom.😡
vidhya has a cousin(named shalu) too who is that chudail aunt's daughter n she too has the same nature like that of her mom 🤢.
okie so 17th's episode goes like this Bade Thakur is in search of a BAHU who is sanskaari n a decent , well mannered n a civilised girl. They ask panditji to make a list of all the girls living in the village n the panditji acts accordingly. next day he gets them the list .Both uncle n aunt of vidhya praise their daughter shalu so much that the thakur's get impressed. They tell them that before seein any other girl in the village they would like to see their daughter shalu.That female(chachi) after goin to home warns vidhya that when Bade Thakur comes she is not gonna come out n show her face to them😡 Then the next day all the food etc every thing is prepared bu vidhya, chachi comes n asks vidhya sab kuch ready hai naa, poor gal replies yes. then she reminds her that she'z gonna b really cruel if vidhya is seen out when those people come then that SHALU asks for her dress n vidhya tells that after washing the dress she left it in d temple n will go n get it quickly. vidhya rushes to the temple to bring shalus dress. 😊
Vidhya takes the dress n tries to rush out of the temple but she is stopped by the pandit of the temple , he says beti u talk daily with your shambhu(lord shankar) n today how could u leave the temple like that go n talk other wise he will not accept the offerings(bhog).😛
Vidhya very sweetly kneeling down starts talking to shambhu
meanwhile bade thakur n thakurayin r on their way do vidhyas place to c shalu their car stops in front of the temple n thakur ji tells chalo bhagwan ke darshan karte hue jate hain😊 they go into the temple n see vidhya sweetly n very innocently talking to god shez discussing all the problems of the other people in d village with her shambhu then lastly she prays for her mom, they r dumb struck seein her😳
soon vidhya realises who they r n remembers her chachi sayin agar thakur fmly ke saamne aai to mujhse bura koi nahi hoga, they constantly keep asking her kaun ho beti kahan rehti ho but vidhya stands still not replying to any of their quests but stunned 😕
vidhya immediately turns cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!! chachi is standing behind thakur n thakurayin n she see them asking vidhya beti who u r? Immediately that chachi interrupts them n tells arre aap yahan blah blah blah...... mean while vidhya escapes there, chachi aska aap yahan they tell hum to yeh ladhki se n turn back lol there'z no ladhki there now chachi tells yahan to koi nahi hai chaliye chaliye yahan koi nahi hai.
Then the thakurs go to see shalu. They serve all the eatables made by vidhya saying hamari shalu ne banaya hai, then thy call shalu out seeing shaalu the guy(chinmay THakurs brothers son. The cousin of the main lead guy jiske liye dulhar dhundi jaarahi thi) starts giggling even Bade thakur gives a week smile to chinmay. Then they ask shalu to sit . Chachi tells her to give chai n that shalu gives them the kettle then her mom tells aise nahi beta cup mein dalo n tells ghabra gayi hai. shalu pours the tea on thakurayin's saree👏 thakurayin tells koi baaat nahi wherez the kitchen i'll wash it, fortunately vidhya is there in the litchen but is listenin to everything thats happening outside seeing thakurayin approaching towards the kitchen she runs out thru the window.
Next the Thakur's fmly ask shalu about her interests she tells i like sharukh amir fardeen zayed etc. they all keep looking at each other then shalus mom tells them ki shalu le gale main saraswati hai n they ask her to sing a song she starts singin JHALAK DIKHLAJA 😆(lol this was d funniest part). chinmay puts cotton in his ears.Then the thakurs leave sayin the will tell them about the rishta..........
meanwhile there vidhya keeps walikn n sees Harsh coming with his friends she gets scared n hides behind a tree n from there she runs away while shes going she sses chhote thakur in the balcony n she keeps staring at him then her throws her cotton towel back n it covers vidhya's head like a pallu. she walka away from there n finally reaches the place where she washes the clothes there vidhya's best friend is making the kids reherse the lines for the play(ramayan). 1 girl cannot tellher lines properly n then vidhya helps that girl out thakurs r in a boat n see vidhya they again ask her kaun ho tum beti tumhara naam kya hai but vidhya runs away from there.
vidhya is back home now n her chachi (wierd) is scoldin gher like hell Thakur log shalu ko zaroor pasand karenge itna kaam padha hai kahan chajegayi thi maharani etc n keeps taunting her den suddenly she pauses to her amusement she finds thakur's standing right in front of her eyes.😉 Chachi's says baithiye naa shalu ko bulati hoon , shalu e shalu thahur ji aaye hain, vidhya is standing there too with her mom. then the thakur's tell that humein aap ke ghar ki beti chahiye. chachi's harmones gets raised but what a gr8 flop. they tell to vidhyas mom ,Kaushailya ji hamein apne bete saagar ke liye aap ki beti vidhya ka haath chahiye😳
