Vidya makes me laugh. And she got the watch😲 And I just remembered, you know what Vidya reminds me of? You know that song? Apun bola, tu meri laila? That's what she reminds me off🤣

Anyway, loved the update. Can't wait for the next one😃

Sanju after seeing the watch looks at Vidya and sees her grinning. Sanju grabs the watch out of her hands and questions. "How much do you think it is worth? You are going to be rich after you sell this." Vidya snatches the watch out of her hands and says "I am not going to sell this. I am going to keep it. I love it and it will be like a souvenir." Sanju sees the grin on Vidya's face again and says "Okay. There it is again, that grin. What is going on?" Vidya puts the watch back into her pocket and looking confused says "What are you talking about?"

"The grin on your face, you had it just seconds ago. It's like that time you saw Hritik Roshan without his shirt in Jodha Akbar."

Vidya puts her hand on her heart as she sighs, "The scene where he was practicing with the sword, he did look pretty yummy, such a hot body." Sanju also grins now but then shakes her head and says "Before we let Hritik's hot body distract us, let's get back to the point. Where were you and why did you have that grin on your face?" Vidya smiles as she gets up from the couch to walk towards the kitchen and says "I really liked the watch and I enjoyed stealing it. That's it!" Sanju doesn't seem convinced but doesn't think much of it and says "I am not going to be coming over to your house anymore regularly. So don't call me and ask me to come over." Vidya as she grabs a bottle of water from the fridge looks shocked, "Why? What's going on?" Sanju sighs and then finally speaks, "I think it is time for me to play hard to get." Vidya looks confused but doesn't say anything and Sanju keeps talking. "I watched this movie the other day and it made me think about what I am going through. The heroine was after the hero and the hero didn't give a crap. But then she started pretending to like someone else and all of the sudden he realized that he loves her. So, I am going to stop coming to your house and I am going to completely ignore Chinu. I think it will work, what do you think?"

Vidya smiles as she takes a sip of the water and says "Yeah. That should work. He takes you for granted. You are just too darn pretty to be chasing after a guy. He should be chasing you." Sanju lets out a loose laugh and was about to say something when the door opens and Rohit walks in. Vidya Smiles seeing Rohit and shouts "Rohit, ki haal chal ne?" Rohit smiles and replies in the same teasing way, "Theek janab! Tusi sunayo?" Sanju rolls her eyes and walks towards Rohit saying "I told mom I was coming home soon. Why did she have to send you?" Rohit looks irritated and says "I didn't want to come either. I don't like following my older sister everywhere she goes either." Sanju as she grabs her bag from the couch says "Well, for someone who doesn't like following me everywhere I go, you certainly do it a lot." Sanju starts walking towards the door as she shouts bye to Vidya and Rohit does the same as he walks after Sanju. Vidya smiles seeing the bond between them, though Rohit was younger than Sanju he always acted like her older brother. And since Vidya doesn't seem to get along with the girls very well, she was thrilled to find Rohit. He was a great guy and after Sanju, he was Vidya's best friend. Vidya always wondered how Rohit would act when he found out that Vidya was a thief. But she assumed that he wouldn't care. It amazed Vidya that Rohit would always come to her for help when he would have a problem with his ladies, considering the fact that he never considered Vidya a lady in the first place. But she did her best to help him out. She was like one of his guy friends. Vidya takes the bottle of water with her and decides to watch something on the TV while she waits for Chinu to come home.

Vidya dozed off on the couch watching TV. She wakes up suddenly when she hears the door open and an ecstatic Chinu walking in. Vidya sits up rubing her eyes as Chinu comes and grabs her face and places a kiss on her cheek as he looks very happy. Then he starts looking around and says "Where is Sanju?" Vidya as she yawns answers him, "At her house." Chinu looks surprised and says "But she is always here around this time." Vidya smiles hearing his response and thinks that Sanju's plan is already working and if she was here she probably would have gotten a kiss on the cheek too, but that might have been too much of a shock for Sanju to handle. But she couldn't ignore the fact that he looked too happy. Vidya as she fixes her hair asks "Why are you so happy?" Chinu as he sits back on the other couch says "I finally got the land. The takloo, I don't know what got into him today. Not only did he sell the land to me, he knocked off some major price numbers." Vidya smiles and thinks that Sagar certainly does have power and he lived up to his word. Now it was Vidya's turn. But how was Vidya going to manage to go with Sagar without telling Chinu. She looks towards Chinu thinking to herself as Chinu is busy going over the plans of who he is going to contact to get the project started.

It had been over three days and Vidya had not heard anything from Sagar. She wondered if she should contact him but then didn't go through with it. She was sitting eating cereal when the phone rings. She looks towards the clock and seeing that the time is 9:30, Chinu is probably still in bed. She gets up and answers the phone and smiles when she hears Sagar on the other end. She hangs up the phone and grabs her wallet and gets ready to go to his big mansion again. She was about to step out of the door when she comes back into the house and checks her image in the closest mirror. She laughs at her stupidity and her plain clothes and then walks out of the house again wondering if he noticed that she took his watch.

This time she wasn't as nervous as she stepped into his house. She sits in the living room waiting for him. She didn't have to wait long. She turned her head as she heard footsteps from the back. She saw him walking down the stairs and was surprised to see that he was not dressed like a businessman today. Instead, he was in casual jeans, very nice casual, and a t-shirt. He sees her getting up and says "You are quick. I only called, what, half an hour ago. And you are already here." Vidya smiles as she sits back down on the couch crossing her legs and says "I take my work very seriously." Sagar sits opposite her smiling and says "I like that."

Before he could say anything else Vidya starts talking. "Why did you call me today? Did my passport come in already?"

Sagar as he gets up and walks around the room grabs her passport from one of the many tables in the room. He hands it to her. She opens it and looks upset and says "I look horrible in this picture. Stupid photographer didn't know what he was doing." Sagar smiles and says "I am sure that was it." Vidya raises a brow and says "What is that supposed to mean?" Sagar sees that she looks ready to kill him so he clears his throat as he thinks of changing the topic and says "About my watch…" Vidya as she acts innocent says "what about your watch?" Sagar realizes that she is playing innocent and says "The one that got stolen when I took you out to lunch" Vidya as she drops the passport on the table in front of her in anger says "Just because I am chor doesn't mean that you can blame me for everything that got stolen from you." Sagar shakes his head because he knows that Vidya took the watch but he thought it would better for him to just get another watch then to sit here and argue with her. He grabs her passport from the table and says "Fine, I'll just get another watch!" Vidya holds back a smile as she sees Sagar giving up too quickly. Obviously, he didn't like that watch as much as she liked it. Or maybe it could be that he could afford another one just as easily. Sagar sees her thinking and says "Go home and start packing your bags. We are leaving this Friday. I already have the tickets." Vidya's jaw drops hearing that as she looks speechless but then finally manages to speak and shouts "This Friday?" Sagar sees her reaction and asks "Is that going to be a problem for you?" Vidya closing her eyes takes a few deep breaths and says "I can do this. No need to panic." Sagar sees her talking to herself and smiles. Vidya gets up and says "So, I will see you here on Friday." Sagar as he also gets up tells her to show up at eleven AM sharp.

Vidya walks back into her house thinking about how she was going to hide this from Chinu. She knew that Chinu was not going to be home so she was surprised to hear something in the kitchen. She smiles as she sees Sanju cooking something in the kitchen. Vidya laughs saying "Welcome back!" Sanju turns around and says "I am not back. I was just here to tell you something and I noticed that your fridge was almost empty. So I thought of cooking something for you." Vidya smiles as she looks to see what Sanju is cooking. She clears her throat and says "Cooking for me huh? All of Chinu's favorite things are being cooked for me?" Sanju smiles and tells Vidya to shut up. Vidya laughs and asks "What were you going to tell me?" Sanju as she walks towards the kitchen says "we are going to my maasi's house for a week or so… we are leaving this Friday. I was going to ask you if you want to come along. Remember the last time we went there?" Vidya smiles and thinks, of course she remembers. It was the best summer of Vidya's life. Who could forget the sweet Maasi? She treated Vidya like her daughter and she was the closest thing to a mother Vidya had. Vidya sighs as she was about to tell Sanju that she can't go but then an idea pops into her head and she immediately asks Sanju "You guys are leaving this Friday?" Sanju smiles as she replies a "yes." Vidya hearing that hugs Sanju and says "I love you so much!" Sanju smiles and says "if only your brother would feel the same way." Vidya smiles and tells her that Chinu asks about her all the time. Sanju hearing that looks happy and says "Really?" Vidya elbows Sanju lightly and says "he misses you and the yummy food you make for him all the time. You know what they say, Aadmi ke dil ka rasta uss ke pait se ho ke ghuzarta hai. So if he loves your food, samjho he loves you!"

It was very easy to convince Chinu that Vidya was going to maasi's house with Sanju. He did not question or disapprove at all because he too loved Maasi just as much. But now was the hard part. She was sitting in the cab going towards the train station as Sanju and her mom thought that Vidya would be traveling with them. Vidya sees the train station approaching and tells the cab driver to stop. He pulls over as Sanju's mother and Sanju both look confused. Vidya pretends to look very upset and says "I am sorry. I can't go. Somebody's got to be home. I can't leave Chinu all by himself. The guy can't even fry an egg. He will starve to death in the next week and a half." Sanju looks concerned because she knows it is the truth and then looks towards her mom. Vidya again apologizes as she gets out of the car and grabs her bag from the trunk and says "I'll see you guys in a week or so." She runs from there as Sanju and her mom are shouting from the back to stop her and convince her to come along. But then they realize that it is not going to happen so they ask the cab driver to move again and quickly because they don't want to miss their train.
