Part 12, Dead?

-Deepika's POV-

"Aditya!" I yelled and ran all I could to him. For every step, my heartbeat got faster, thinking about is he ok. I ran all I could and stopped in front of him. My eyes widened as I saw all the blood on the ground and his arm bleeding. I fell down on my knees and started crying. Why couldn't this just happen to me? Why? He only tried to save me from Imran... I wiped my tears away. Hospital... I have to bring him to the hospital! I stood up and ran in the house and brought my keys to the car. I brought a shawl too, to roll it around his arm and try to stop the bleeding. I ran outside and sat down on my knees beside him. I took his arm and rolled the shawl around the wound. Then I stood up and opened the door to the car. I ran back and took him up and walked to the car with his arm over my shoulder. I sat him in and ran over to my side.

"Come on!" I said as I turned the keys around. No sound. "Damn it!" I banged my head on the stearing wheel. "Dads car...". I ran outside again. It started raining. "Why is it raining now?" I ran over to Adityas side and opened the door and took him with me to the other car. I sat him down and went on my side. I turned the keys around and yes, it started!

I stood outside the room and waited for the doctor to come out. I had been waiting for the past 1 hour. The nurse came out and in and I asked them several times but they didn't say anything. I started crying silently. I slid down the wall onto the ground.

"Ms. Singh?" I felt someone's hand on my shoulder. I looked up and saw the doctor standing there. I wiped my tears away. It hurt as I had cried so much. I stood up slowly. "How is he?" I asked the doctor.
