In sindoor tere naam ka, Arpita was waiting for Kunal for 15 years. Arpita says she has seen him long back, when he was a kid. But now, when she saw her husband today, she has accepted him as her parmeshwar. She has assume Kunal as husband since they was young. On the other hand, Kunal got accident. But before Dhruv can say anything else Kunal dies. So, Dhruv is acting as Kunal and accept Arpita as his wife since Arpita doesn't know how her husband look like.
