I also have so far not much liked the portrayal of Bhuvan, it is mere overacting, especially today's episode. His facial expressions did not match with his body language at all, this is entirely my POV.
Also Santu came, gave off all her life's earning for the treatment of Bhuvan's wife who unfortunately did not survive. Where and when did Santu get the money (enough to buy land), she had left Dharampur with only clothes and no jewels, not even the mangal sutra.
May be Dm might not go to Dungurpur, also Hiten told Bhuvan to think about selling the land and then let him know. You might be right, Champu's husband might tell Santu that Hiten was there. The story might take any turn. The CV's might change it. It looked to me as if Bhuvan was making the desicion for Santu. Since it's not his land why isn't Bhuvan letting Santu decide. To answer your question about Santu getting money, didn't Bhuvan hiself tell the daroga that the lady to whom he sold the land put all her savings and another thing, Bhuvan also asks Santu about her past and says that she sold her house everything and with that money she tried to save Bhuvan's wife. My thoughts on this are Santu and Nanaji sold their house, cows etc. That is only explanation i think of.
