That has to be it. Subhi, doc, DM and Meghna were all classmates. Doc had big crush on hot DM, but DM chose the more milder Subhi. Doc never got over it. Somehow she must have been the prison doc when Santu was pregnant and she knew that Santu was DM's wife. So during delivery time , she must have gotten hold of the child and kept it as her own.
