I think santu has no hidden agenda or something up in her sleeves.
I guess she laughed coz she thought DM getting over possessive and insecure about his wife. I do not think she is thinking in remote way that DM and Dr M has any connection in past.

The doctor might have a double degree and is specialised in so many departments of medicine.. and after all we must neglect all the medical blooeps here. it doesnt make sense.. Toral in her 11th month of pregnancy craving for fruits in the midnight🤣

N e way i saw the episode I must say santu and Dm both looking soo cute these days.. santu got her bangs cut she looks cute with her hair on the side, and Dm looks dashing as ever I am loving his short hair.. n e way back to the episode... hmm i have a bad feeling abt toral's health thats why we have bin getting cute hiral scenes.. i really felt bad for suraj, but i like i said sometime before he needs to figure his life out on his own no one will or can do that for him.. Sanraj scenes were nice, although alot of us expected much more... i liked when dm was telling santu that she's the one making him young.. so Dm has a raaz after all so what was he nagging on to santu abt her raaz when he himself has one.. does not make sense, at least santu surprised us all including her hubby and laughed it off.. I think maybe she's planning something like a surprise for him or something thats why she keeps smiling and telling him I cant tell u... I loved loved the part when dm snatched santu's phone/hand... while talking to meghna, ufhhh his style/anger killed me... but why does he feel so insecure when it comes to meghna i mean santu's not a phsycic to figure whats bugging him abt this Dr.. he needs to start spilling his raaz out... the only thing i did not like is when he decided to cut the trip short.. may I ask why? so much for a honeymoon... I dont expect much for tomorrow as we all know and can predict that sarang will eventually take monghi to the same hotel sanraj are going to.. in the end we'll see sanraj helping monghi out of the hole she dug for herself. she needs a chappal beating from DM, and couple slaps from Santu...

either way Sanraj rocks.. I love them...

Santu looked very cute with side-parted hair. DM grabbing her hand with phone and talking to her without switching off the phone was good. Now the doc knows exactly what he is thinking about her.
