Yes Santu does know about her baby and she might have willingly gave the babay to the doctor and asking her not to come to D'pur. She gave the baby she thought the family doesnt want her then what why would they want a murderer's baby😆

i think that i would not mind the new kid being santus, as we had all been speculatng there had to be a child. Santu probably gave him to the doc so to keep him away from the jail atmosphere and did not want to load him to the family as the hate for santu would have proved negative for the kid.
