The track with this Dr🤢 is purely for the purpose of reuniting SANRAJ with their child, this will only bind SANRAJ more together more than they have ever been thats how I am looking at it.
We need to know what the situation and how SANRAJ par ki nishani vanished from prison as they said Santu gave birth to a child in jail fathered by DM. They need to show us how the child went after the birth, where the child has been, who took the child and why this all happened, fued, revenge, Dr just an utter stalker! This Dr is here for the child track only I am sure of it, no such ONS affair comes into it, these bumping into eachother awkwardness from DM is just to mislead us and think he has cheated on Santu but we are going to get complete opposite I am sure and pray so.
