Vaisakhi is the most stressful time of the year besides Lohri for mee as i end having loads of family over who are ungrateful morons that eat and don't utter a nice word..
Besides that this year my parents are in India so my Vaisakhi will be very busy cooking.. My plan is to cook only a few dishes and send everyone home before 11pm..
I think i'll be making..
Saag with maaki di roti
Mixed Sabzie.. Gobi and Gajar with Mattar
Mattar Paneer
Maha Rajma Dhal
Boiled rice
and Yummy kheer
And for starters just Pakora's..
