Scene 4

DM then visits Santu and goes to her room and has tears in his eyes. But he is staying strong and goes near santudi. Then doctor comes in and says that patient need some rest and that he should come during visitation hours. DM then goes out of the room and says thank you Kapur you have saved my santudi's life one more time. Mr kapur says you don't have to thank me but god as he is the only one who has saved her life for you.

Then the doctor comes out of the room and assures Dm that she is fine and resting. Since the visitation hours have passed they could come tomorrow. Kapur says that we should go now and come back tomorrow morning. DM says fine and he leaves from there. DM goes home and he is standing in front of his house. He is trying to picture the whole incident in his mind and says how could you do this moti ben. How my santudi must have suffered here and he goes towards tulsi plant and lights the diya and prays for santudi. He then opens the door of his hallway and surprised to see everyone waiting for him. Moti ben comes forward and asks him where he went?

Dm on the other hand gets bit frustrated and goes from there without replying to Moti ben's question. It's now morning and Dm gets ready and go downstairs. Baa asks him if he is going somewhere. He replies that he has an important meeting with a client and he is therefore going early. He has a bag with him as well and goes from there. He arrives at the hospital and goes to Santo's room. Santu is now awake and surprised to see DM. She first moves her face to another side and says that she doesn't want to talk to him. Their conversation is as follows:

Santu: Maalik, please leave me alone.

DM: please don't say that. I have come to see you and that too after waiting for 14 hours they have allowed me to see you.

Santu: what is left in seeing me?

Dm: I love you and that is why I am here. I have never mistrusted you and I knew that this baby was the result of our love ( prem ki nishani).

Santu: but now that there is no more prem ki nishani, I do not want to have any relationship with you too. Where were you when all this happened to me? Where were you when I lost my baby? Where were you when this prem ki nishani was called paap? Where were you when Moti called this a unborn child manhoos?

DM: I know you have suffered a lot and I will provide you justice

Santu: I don't need any justice, please go from here.

DM: if you don't consider me as your husband then why are you wearing this Mangalsutra. ( DM was trying to get Mangalsutra out of her neck when she stopped him).

Santu: yes, I am wearing this because I love you, I do not have enough courage left in me to bear the separation again. (she gets up half way and hugs him)

DM: Mu janu chu ( I knew it) ki tu mujhe bahut pyaar karte hai aur me be tujhe bahut pyaar karta hu ( I know that you love me a lot and I also love you unconditionally).

DM then place a soft kiss on her forehead. He says that he is leaving now as the time is over, but he will come tomorrow. She says that she loves him and don't want to get separated from him again. DM then assures her that nothing will happen and that she should just concentrate on her health. He leaves from there. He then ask the doctor about Santo's health and when she can go home. Doctor says that she can go home in two days and till then she has to stay here.

Next scene

Its been two days and Dm has come to pick up santu. He gets all the required paper from the hospital office and goes to santudi's room. He says, let's go home. Just then Mr. Kapur also comes there with a bouquet in his hands. He presents this to santudi and says wish you all the best in your new life and I will pray for you. Kapur also greets DM and then takes leave. DM gets santu's bag and goes towards his car. He ask the driver to put the bag in his car and he make sure that Santu is sitting comfortably in the car. Santu says maalik can I ask you for a big favour? DM replies Yes , bol na chu che ( tell me what do you want)

Santu: Maalik I wanted to go to Khodiyar maa's well.

DM: bas itni se baat hai, ( that's it) and he ask his driver to divert the car towards the well.

Santu gets out of the car with the help of DM and throws the coin and prays with DM then both sits in the car and finally reaches their home.

DM says he will get the stuff and she should just go in as its very dusty here. He ask the driver to park the car in the shed and he will cary this bag, since its very light weighted. Santu enters the aangan and was going towards tulsi plant when Moti who was standing there says…. So you have come again?

Santu: Who, ..

Moti: I told you not to enter the house with that paap in your stomach and still you have come. Nanka doesn't want to keep any relation with you. Go with your kapur and be happy.

Just as she was about to finish up that sentence DM enters and says STOP. Moti looks terrified and says nanka why is this chokri is here? Look she is caring kapur…..paa……..DM say STOP…. 1 more word from your mouth and trust me I will forget that you are my sister. He then slowly takes santudi by providing her with some support and take her to his room.

PRECAP: DM is sleeping and finds santu missing..............he is looking around and he gets worried.
