Only DM was the one who thought it through and reasoned the same thing and questioned why she would confess if she was after the wealth, so maybe he won't think she was after the money even after she uses the POA......but that being said, this is a BT show and so full of inconsistencies that it makes me wanna pull my hair.....so it's quite possible that DM along with the BT CVs would have forgotten his earlier reasoning for her innocence and would in a turnabout make him beleive that she was after his money after all.
