DM then goes to sleep with a frown on his face. Santu comes and looks at him fondly and quietly leaves again. It's morning and DM looks around for Santu, but she is not there with his tea. DM goes to the kitchen and she is not there either! He goes up to Suraj's room and he is shocked to see Santu looking at Suraj's school books.

Suraj runs down into the living room and tells everyone what Santu said. Bapuji sees DM and asks him what he did last night. Before DM could say anything Ba gave her input: "He must have scolded her for something insignificant again and made her cry. Dharamraj will never change".

DM shakes his head and muttering under his breath sits down on the sofa.
