Will accept that.

There is a saying "Wedding is for a day, marriage for a life time" (something to that effect). I've been married for over 14 years and we are still building our marriage.

Anyway, good job. Keep it up. Looking forward to more.

WOW Amazing Chalia...I know you wrote the poem for Kanji....

But I felt the first 2 verse describe DM and the bottom 3 verses was for Kanji..

SO well and beautifully written ..

I am not so much in agreement that the first two verses describe DM because of the following poin.

1. DM never "stoops to conquer". He is authoritative and demanding. While kanji can be soft with an underlying hint of steel.

2. Kanji's heart holds more pathos than joy and not the same with DM. DM has nearly everything, a family, children, "a young second wife", and a fluorishing business. Kanji was something like Robinhood and is basically of low socioeconomic background, no family. So his heart is filled with woe.😊
