Important point missed by some and ignored by others is when the children come back from their holiday and Hiten confronts his father for marrying a girl young enough to be his daughter he says the following
Hiten age 23 Kadambari age 20 Maulik age 19 Birwa age 14 and Suraj age 6or 7
And Santu 18
If Maulik is the same age as Subhadra's lost child then when the infant was brought by Kanji to Santu's parents and Santu was an older looking baby then how can that baby be Santu ? If Maulick is 19 and Santu 18 then how can Santu be on the scene when Maulik is still a tiny infant ,Therfore it follows the second child was not Santu.
