so why did he have to succumb to the Baby Killer and never finding the truth. DM has lost the son he never knew and you're telling me that Chemical's ridiculous vachan was more important than finding the truth abt his long lost son's killer?

I am not saying santu is right here but she confessed to nanaji because he is her father n mother , the poor old dying man deserves to know the truth that his child is innocent as much as DM.
Besides I think Santu has suffered enough and DM still refuses to acknowledge her good deeds, which is why she sarcastically asked him if he was worried abt her, why now? why not in the past ten years not only abt her but the rest.
DM has always treated santu second class to moti and his children. even his justice to her has always been second class. If Baa can understand the truth n see santu for the person that she is why not DM, who supposedly loves her? This begs you to think that DM never loved her truly, he has this idea of Santu the dufford wife, which was his favourite doll and nothing more.!

If DM really wanted the truth he should have found out abt it 10 years ago instead letting his wife rot in prison for a crime she never committed vachan or no vachan.😡

Fuzz, thats exactly what I said in my post in the live thread😛......if DM wanted Santu to tell him the truth, he should have tried to get it out of her 10 years ago just like he got the Moti truth out of her.....just trying once and then disappearing does not suffice. Santu should not volunteer any information, it he cares about it that much, he should try to find out himself. I will never understand what he did, how could he let the wife he supposedly loved and knew to be innocent rot in jail for 10 years for a promise he pretty well knew was wrong in the first place...it's beyond my comprehension.😕

So she confessed and spouted some non-sense to him....but what about him, he is an intelligent man who knew how sacrificial the dafford could get, he knew she was innocent and protecting someone, so what does he do, he shuts himself and lets the innocent wife he supposedly loves rot in jail for 10 years.....not the reaction of a just man or a man who loves his wife....this is the reaction of a weak man. As to what could he do, he could have started with questioning his family members, where they were, what they were doing at the time of the murder, hired a good lawyer for Santu, all that the cops had against Santu was her confession, nothing else, he could have tried to look for evidence, anything would have been better than sitting on his bum and doing nothing.......his excuse for doing nothing that she pushed him into darkness is just so lame.

Coz all said and done DM is her husband and he has her responsibility and he is supposed to take care of her well-being

............Just like her responsibility towards him to share with him something as important as what Birwa did,and her responsibilty to safe guard their marriage,and not to compromise it for anything else.

I agree, she is not blameless and she should have shared it with him, he had a right to know.....but maybe she thought that if she would tell him then being the "just" man that he is, he would tell the truth to the police which would land Birwa in trouble, she was ultimately trying to protect her daughter even if it was at the expense of her marriage, I am not sure if I can blame her for it.....under the circumstances wouldn't any mother try to protect her child first and foremost at the expense of everything else, how was she to know that the strong, mature DM would go into self-exile because she wouldn't tell him what happened and because she told him she didn't love him**rolling eyes**. Granted that DM might have found a way out to save both Birwa and Santu but nobody knew that for sure.

What about him? What does he do? He beleives Santu is innocent, yet does nothing to get her freed, shuts himself off from her and his family, lets her rot in jail for 10 years because she did not tell him the truth, I mean really!!! And then says she pushed him into darkness, thats like what a teenage loverboy, a majnu would say/do......not the reaction of a mature, grown-up, responsible individual. Why couldn't he have tried to find out what really happened, I mean he didn't even try other than asking her once. Where was relentlessness that he showed when trying to find Moti's truth?

i dont understand how people does not see DM... being wrong here... after all the facts thats being pointed out still they find a way to make dm look like the good guy here... NewsFlash he is not... he has many faults here, for one thing he needs to act like a husband towards his wife and not a Maalik even baa pointed that out to him .... even if santu wants to confess to him I dont think she has the courage enough to do so.., b cuz in the end she knows that he would punish her severly without even thinking twice like he did with the moti raaz.. (which wass dumb) .. she does not want maalik when she's in this state she wants her husband... He has too much pride and ego and untill he does not let go of these ...the truth wont come to him... I am surprised alot of women are actually supporting him for his ruthless act towards his wife.. being a woman... i dont see how u can agree with a man being soo unfair to a woman none other than his own wife... Santu's confidence in herself is all she has for comfort and now her nana-ji ... this poor girl I just wish after the wedding she hand over the POV, and tijori keys and just leave all those CRAZY MANIACS.. from the M mansion including DM... they dont deserve her... she's too good for these idiots..
