@SanRajdeewani.....join the club!!!
Like I keep trying to explain it is not Santu....just the way she chooses to handle things especially concerning DM.......all I feel is this hisab and money dialogues are getting too monotonous and it just brings the worst out in DM if anything....I think it blinds him even more towards Santu's goodness and his family's badness!!!

Kich.. I am so happy that someone understands where I am coming from.. We seem to be on the same wavelength... The day Iron Lady speaks to DM rather than giving him a load of crap about hisaab, I will stop being so critical but till then i got no sympathy for her whatsoever..!

He's not bullied at all, they have a rapport that is not being understood.

When did I say that people didn't have the right to alternative views? Or are you saying that I should stop posting, so that only you and others can have a say? 😳
He is sharp ... shrewdness adds charisma to his character..

Perhaps you meant prudence, which Santu already has, as she is extremely careful in judging this family and always tries to create unity while nurturing positivity in their characters, even if some of them have to struggle with their own inner resistance in order to see the light.
DM's arrogance is also his wit..
How can arrogance be wit or compared as the same? Arrogance & wit are antithetical. 😆 😃

Dharam Raj (DM):

Punishing Santu's old Nana, taking his job away, while he had to provide for three girls, for the 'crime' that Santu entered a religious temple (in order to get Moongi out), was wit?
Forcing himself in a marriage to Santu to save his own reputation, without asking her permission, was wit?
Forbidden her rights as his wife and rejecting her from the marital chamber was wit?
Not giving her adequate clothes to wear for months, was wit?
Not checking where Santu was sleeping in the house after marriage and how others were mistreating her, was wit?
Allowing Moti to abuse Santu throughout the series, was wit?
Forcing Santu in making a difficult judgement, obviously to his favour, when he couldn't face the village about Arjun & Khemi, that was wit?
Calling her intimidating nick-names: "chokri"and "bandini" as if she is a servant or slave in his bondage, was wit?
Inciting Arjun and hitting him aggressively while he was drunk and full of anger, was wit?
Not investigating Santu's case further, was wit?
Letting Santu sleep on the streets and not giving Santu a home to stay when she came out of prison, was wit?
Not listening to Santu when she came out with the truth about Molik and Sandeep's treachery was wit?
Not using his thinking skills and basic maths over the money kept in his safe then blaming Santu for being over suspicious and greedy was wit?
Favouring his family over Santu, when he knows anyone of them could be the murderer of his son, was wit?
Scolding Santu, insulting her in front of everyone, even threating to HURT and HIT her, was wit?
Making negative assumptions about Santu and having negative thoughts about her all this time, was wit?

He is simply getting a dose of his own medicine, except that Santu uses tact to try and make him into a responsible man. She still has a lot of work to do and much respect for him, but if he can't see what she's done for him so far, then he's blind. So far, his arrogance and pride for his 'parivar' even when they are wrong is shown to be more important than her.

Good points,

I would like to add one more point,

Forcing Santu in making a difficult judgement, when Maulik killed a cow.

I am a Gopika and love DM's every adaa.. I have bashed him on numerous occasions and will whenever i find him wrong.. Santu has done great things and is a very wonderful character but her behaviour now is not gelling well with me.. I just don't see why she has to banter and harper on and hurt a man that she broke so badly..

This was the past before the couple consumated their relationship.. and was it not Santu who filed for the divorce when DM was gone away.. whether Moti brought that on or not is totally irrelevant..The desicion to divorce him should not have been taken when he was gone and then to hide things.. If she wanted to terminate the marriage then she should have spoken to him..

I somehow feel that you think I am totally against Santu.. and i again apologise if that's how i am portraying myself..

Santu is a fictional character as is DM.. Santu has sacrificed many times and i have watched her being pained by DM and i have bashed him for him behaviour however i do not feel I can blame DM right now..
Why? Well its fairly simple.. Santu made a huge life changing decision that effected DM directly.. He lost 10 years because his wife kept quiet about a matter that very much involved him.. She then gives him a hogwash story about hate and money.. and maintains that story even when she returns.. She disrepects him over and over.. even when there is no one but them..

@sanrajdeewani its saad How ur tryin to defend dm... I am sure if santu was the one home and dm the one in jail things wud've bin totally different, she wouldnt have sat down and just consume lonliness she wud've fought for her hubby as he was in jail... regardless of what he had told her she would of just fight untill the end..so thats just an excuse to give him for sayingHe lost 10 years because his wife kept quiet about a matter that very much involved him.. . she kept quite b cuz if she wudve confess abt birwa he wudve had a hear attack... untop of the blow which he already had. but instead she just beared 10 yrs in jail and return to a bunch of ungratefull ALIENS... yes i blame him 100% its onli his lonliness which got them to where they are now.... and the most degraded thing of him is to give khemi a vachan... for what??? come on man dm GROW UP... ur 60 and santo is 28 but she has better understandin than u its a shame!

In short, she remained silent so that she can defer the heart attack to 10 years later than giving it right at the jail.Hmm,Good theory..

Hail Santu Mata...!! 👍🏼
