DM has gone for a relatively short time abroad. He has left Pinkin in charge so that hurdles if any can be removed. Maulik as the official head of Jamkhambalia and Kanji Waghela to look after worker,s interest as union leader. DM has promised that the work force would get work in the setting up of the factory and thereafter in the factory itself. Maulik demands men and women work equally. Kanji explains why women cannot put in the same no. of hours.Maulik blows his top--Pinakin does nothing--when Maulik does not listen to to motiben and insists that he will not give up the project she tells Pinakin to remove Kanji which he obeys. AS a result the workers strike work. Maulik brings a new workforce. Doesn't pPinakin have a tongue. Can he not ring up DM and inform him how serious things are. Matters come to such a pass that Kanji says he will take up arms if outsiders enter Jamkhambalia. Maulik challenges him to learn about diamonds and even at this crucial stage Pinakin just looks on.When DM has decided everything before he left for going out how can this happen.Why is DM not consulted. They are setting up a factory not playing marbles. Hopeless management of script and clumsily contived turn in the plot. I am sure all concerned can do better.Certainly not up to Bandini standard.Unconvincing,As if catering to onand off and casual viewers of BAndini. Insensitive to the facts thousands watch everyday withkeen interest. Don't take audience for a ride. Pinakin is made to appear as if he cannot understand but we can
