Sukhi, i think he does know how much his father suffered.. but he's mislabelling it as guilt.. That when she was there, he didn't give her the time of the day, now that she;s gone what's the point in pining for her??

That's more like it ..
Looks like Hiten's entire life has been spent in a BIG misunderstanding about his dad .. who takes so much pride in him!

Something happened between DM and Hiten for DM and Subhi that freaked Hiten out. Hence the attitude. And DMs authoritarian personality does not help. Infact, it makes things worst once a grown child gets something in his head. It's obvious it's a misconception and in time it will all be cleared out. but until then clashes galore.

Btw, all you folks in India....way, way past ur bed times guys!!

A cultural question for you Mombs. Women are always shown wearing slippers at home, and today at the dance? Is that usual? Most Tamil women will not wear footwear inside the house.

Nahin, Nahin, Rasika. Me thinks he was making it clear that I still have issues with you as a father. This garland is only for Malik and that even on behalf of the entire village. and I think DM understood it very well too.

Once agian it was Santo's way to get them closer....they have a long ways to go for the father-son relationship to get back on track. But good thinking on Santo's part. One step at a time. first, Malik respect hi sahi.
