This thing has been bothering me since a while as well but as someone rightly mentioned before in this topic, DM has his own flaws .. many people are like this - expecting lots from people around them .. just like DM expects everyone around him to be just and good at their job .. while he is being just to Santo in the fact that he does not let anyone harm her un-necessarily and ensuring that she gets justice .. he himself as been behaving not very 'ideally' with her ..

DM has a whole new set of rules and standards when it comes to his marriage and Subhadra .. that is one area where he waivers we can say..
