Hi, tintiny I totally agree with you about the age diffrence when it is accepted willingly. Here Santu is shaking like a leaf every time sees or hears DM . My heart goes out to poor her. She has no saying in anything.Santu does look and sound like a 14-15 years old girl. Dm has not accepted the merriage yet. He also feels that she is too young for him. Dm is handsome and all but too old for her. Let us see how the story goes.

Cimba,
DM cannot be in his mid-forties! In one of the episodes, DM told Pinakin that he was 27 years old when he married Subhadra and if they had Hiten even one year later and if Hiten is 23 now, then DM is atleast 51 years old...
Just like Tash, I too am blind to the fact that DM has actually completed half a century and has 5 kids...even I am hoping that all the kids might have been adopted and that he and Subhadra only shared a very platonic relationship, nothing else!😉😆
Coming back to DM-Santu, on paper it might sound very revolting, but on screen both RR and Aasiya have a very good chemistry and the age difference, though visible is not at all daunting! The chemistry and equation between two characters depends a lot on the script, the story and most importantly on the actors portraying the roles and till now both RR and Aasiya look great together, nothing odd about them! Just my opinon!😊
There are many good things going for Bandini, so I more or less close my eyes to the one that look out of place! Its not as if we have too many choices on television...jo hain, usi mein khush hona padta hain!😆

Totally with you on that Soapie,

They have screwed up DM's age .. he should have been 40 max with chota chota kids .. lol

I am waiting for that scene when DM apologizes to Santo for marrying her or something on that lines ..

Well DM's age is totally confusing and I would still love the day when he will finally accept her as his wife....My heart would go dhak dhak only becoz it might not be a love-marriage, but surely is an arrangement for love😍...

And I wont be dreadful for sure, as DM might be of 51 or whatever, but he surely does look like 40...and he maintained his figure and looks so well.....Goshhh....So their getting physical, won't be a problem for me....at least he doesnt look like 80kg wight and the girl 50 kg😆😆

DM is so handu and gorgeous....Santu will have great time when he will fall for her I bet!😆

Exactly DM doesn't look anything older than 40...so it doesn't really matter...age is just a number. But what matters is how u look like, DM has kept himself fit, and just looking at him, i feel Santo is so damn lucky...and like Guddi said...she made a point hehe...Santo ki toh nikal paddi...this is just the beginning...uska bhi time aayega.

I don't think Ekta or the production crew ever pay much attention to numbers and figures - it just does not seem to be their strong point. There have been pregnancies lasting from 3 months in one case to over 15 months in another case.

When they gave DM the dialogue that he married at the age of 27, I would pass if off as a blooper. Just looking at DM one would question why such a man would stay unmarried till the age of 27 especially in a village. Therefore we should all just throw the numbers out the window and enjoy the serial if we like it.

Dharampur does seem to have a school in the present time. In the episode where Nanaji sells off the cow to Parshu kaka we see Mongi reading and writing. When she introduces herself to Mahesh's family she says she is 8 years old and studies in Class 3. Maybe there was no school in the village when Khemi and Santu were kids and by the time Maalik had them built they were too old to enroll or just decided to not bother with it.

😆Gosh....i guess he married in 20 or 21....in villages, it's like that only....😕

So that means DM is around 42-43....😃Even if he's 80, I dont have any prob😆RR's chars already did some magics in the past in age of 80😆so it's ok....😃

Hahahah Hema you are right ..

HOW can he remain single when he was THE DM? Well maybe he did not have that clout that time because he was poor .. but STILL .. women must be DYING to get married to him .. lucky Subhi!
