Cups? Hmm one mug and one cup. One in the morning and other before workout. I prefer black coffee before work out. Morning normal one with cocoa and sometimes caramel too. Taste does matter ..Chai chai aahe. Coffee is like quick caffeine or energy booster for me. Chai Ka daur script ka combination alag hai. Since my theater days, and still sip chai with script. Coffee reduces stress is a misconception. Caffeine charges your energy because it increases the blood pressure. That kick makes one charged up. When I was 10 year old papa used to make me sip coffee post meal. When my mother used to beat coffee, I loved to lick Sugar coffee paste. Coffee is an Instant charger.
