Episode 253

Update for Monday
Ep 257

1) recap from the previous ep, nithi keeps asking questions to selva to irritate him. just them magila starts to cough and she moves away to the bathroom to vomit out blood. selva watches in horror. nithi asks selva when will he be back and to stop her from asking any further, he tells her he can't get tickets for the next 2 days and will be back after that. nithi says if he puts in effort, he should be able to get tickets immediately. he hangs up telling nithi he will be back soon. he rushes over to help magila and wanted to get her a doctor but she declines. she leans on his shoulder while selva helps her to bed and she tells him that she would be glad to die on his shoulder.

she goes on to say that many things have happened to stopped her from imagining any further of a life together with selva as many things have coincided and she should have never met him in the first place. she chases him out of the room door but selva keeps knocking on the door saying he can't leave her in that state and return home. (magila looks calm while selva was knocking on her room door, she didn't show extreme sadness or cry like hell, just so you will know how was her emotional state)

2) at the police station, the drunkard and poochi are literally counting the cell bars in jail. the drunkard tells poochi that he only stole a small chain & he got him jailed but poochi & surya are planning something big and they could be hanged for it. poochi tells him that since that drunkard tried to involve in poochi & surya's plan, he purposely got that drunkard into trouble. surya comes to bail poochi out. the inspector asks him where he stole the money from & surya tells him that he is presently working decently as a manager in a company thus the inspector lets poochi out. the drunkard follows poochi out and threatens surya with the big plan they are involved in and surya has no choice but to also bail him out. the policeman questions how surya was able to secure a managerial position and surya tells him that he went to study in university and got the job as a manager. the drunkard leaves and surya & poochi goes to abduct ganga with some sleeping spray.

surya tells him of the plan how to abduct ganga and chides him that they should have done it yesterday but poochi was wasting time in jail. they both sneaks in but ganga is no longer there but only the rope left behind. surya shouts out how is he going to explain it to aathi.

3) ganga, prabha & his friend in another place, his friend tells prabha that it was safer to shift place as ganga is a very important witness to thamira and no one must know of this matter including jeeva who might accidently blurt it out in happiness of finding him. thus he need to be very careful. prabha's friend say he know how to make ganga beg them to reveal the truth himself. he says there is a pot of water above his head and he had made a hole underneath so that droplets of water will fall on ganga's head bit by bit. once the pot is cleared, ganga will automatically reveal the truth. they both leaves with ganga opening his eyes wide as the drops falls onto his head. (i suppose this might be something psychological method to influence ganga)

Ep 258

1) recap from the previous ep, the water is left to drip onto ganga's head and he doesn't seem to be taking it well. some fast moving background music is heard. ganga later shouts that he can't sleep and that he will tell the truth. he ask for the water to be taken away. prabha's friend threaten ganga that if he still don't reveal the truth after removing the water, he will subject him to greater torture like a nail slipper.

prabha moves the water away and prabha's friend asks if he was the one who killed venky to which ganga says its not him. prabha's friend threatens to torture him with a nail slipper and asks prabha to take it out. ganga quickly says he will tell everything and a flashback of the venky's murder scene is shown. ganga finding venky almost dead and himself finding the cellphone and also thamira chancing upon the scene. prabha says this one point is enough to bring thamira out.

2) prabha's friend ask ganga since he did not kill venky and its not thamira either, whether does he knows who is the real killer or is he the killer himself. ganga denies that he is the killer and that he doesn't know who killed venky. prabha says finding the killer is not that important now since just his testimony is needed to bring thamira out. prabha friend, says thats not all, there should be more than it meets the eye. he asks ganga what was in the chip (sim card/cellphone) and ganga tells them that the murder that aathi committed 20 yrs ago (thillai murder) was inside the chip and that he has been using it all along to threaten aathi to extort money.

the money was what that has been found on him earlier. ganga goes on to say that aathi later morphed thamira's face onto her own face (from the chip) and made everyone believe that thamira was the killer. prabha says that has made nithi suspect her own mother and support aathi and caused tremendous heart pain to thamira. prabha's friend says if he is willing to testify in court, he is able to get him a lighter sentence and after his release from jail, he should be able to come out to the society to live without fear. ganga says he has helped his sister aathi to commit so much evil and that he is willing to change now and is also willing to testify in court. scene moves to jeeva & baba eating. jeeva was in deep thoughts while playing with her food and baba queries her what is her problem. jeeva says she is not the same jeeva as before (she mentioned some koondil irunthe chittukuruvi thing). baba asks her if it has something to do with surya.

3)Jeeva and baba are having their lunch and baba goes on to say that she was very casual in all matters but in love there is never knowing when problems will crop up. he ask her if she had quarelled with surya and jeeva tells baba thats not it but prabha does not like it. baba asks if prabha does not like the love or does not like surya.

jeeva says prabha does not like surya but he refuses to reveal the reason why although there seem to be no problems between them. baba asks what was the final intention of prabha and jeeva tells him that prabha asks her to reconsider accepting surya and her feelingd for him and baba thinks for a moment and tells her that he agrees with prabha since they don't really know about surya's background.

surya happened to visit jeeva just then and chances upon their conversation and hides behind the door to listen. jeeva tells baba that she shouldn't have told him about what prabha said but baba tells her that she did the right thing by telling him and that she should reconsider accepting surya's love.

jeeva tells baba that surya would feel bad if he were to overhear what they have just said. just then surya comes out from his hiding place and tells jeeva that he would be most willing to let go of jeeva since she thinks that way. he says goodbye to her (with a vanakkam hand sign) and leaves followed by jeeva & baba calling after him. jeeva tries to explain to him but surya leaves in his motorbike hurridly. jeeva is frustrated.
