Since dasa has not started a new thread, i shall start one with my little updates:

1) thamira got caught by aathi and aathi says that she escaped from jail to kill her and threatens to call the police. nithila butted in and asks her if she is here to kill her (nithila) which shocks thamira. jeeva later walks in with style & tells aathi to go ahead & call the police cause they will catch them instead. she explains that thamira is out on parole and can make assumption that aathi abuses her so she can file a complain against aathi. she shoos her mother to leave.

2) back home, jeeva tells thamira that her disappearing action could cause baba to be jailed.she also asks if she loves nithila more than her.thamira says both her kids are her 2 eyes. when jeeva says she is angry with her, natraj butt in & was about to say something but he helds back and changes the story. he was trying to tell jeeva that he understands how thamira feels as he is also....(might have something to do with his past). he goes out of his house (& flashback on his mind but no picture only a sound is heard) and a baby's voice is heard, he nods his head.

3) sundara approaches selva & gives him some photo of girls to pick so that he can remarry after divorcing nithila in 8 mths (so fast 4 mths has passed!) nithila has a shocked look but she acts not interested. selva firmly tells his dad its not possible as even if nithila divorces him & leaves, she will stay in his heart forever & tears up the photo. sundara asks nithila to reconsider her feelings since selva loves her so much. next morning, selva wakes up & see the torn up photo all patched back & nithila tells him to plan his future by selecting one of them as she will never change her mind. she says nithila is nithila and leaves leaving a frustrating selva behind. it ends.

todays update:
ep 199

1) Lali passes an application form for a job to shanta and asks him to fill it up for her (strange why would she need to do that when she can fill it up herself?) shanta tears it up & tells her to forget about finding a job outside.they have a quarrel nearby aathi and in anger, shanta slaps lali. she was later insulted by aathi with her saying that lali is an unpaid maid in the house. lali quickly packs her bag & leaves.

2) Lali goes home and shanta follows suit. he asks for forgiveness for slapping her and to return home with him. she throws a bomb on him saying she will only return if shanta ask to break up aathi's property and start a business with her. if he can't do that, she may stay in her home forever never returning to his house. shanta leaves. she later tells her paatti that she is not fighting head-on with aathi but wants to pull her husband to her side which would mean she won 50%.

3) aathi finds nithila who has not gotton ready for work and tells her not to bother what lali says and she has helped the company to turn around. after thinking over, nithila decides to go to office after all and leaves with aathi & sundara.

4) a discussion by prabha,kalpana,jeeva,natraj & thamira on vanaja & ganga. prabha suspects that vanaja might be the killer and might have worked with ganga on this. thamira pours cold water on them saying ganga & vanaja have escaped and she is destined to spend her life in jail. baba tells them not worry too much and he gets up to walk and suddenly grabs his head with both his hands and falls down. everyone rushes over and it ends.

I suspect natraj has some kind of illness, maybe a brain tumour? it waits to be seen. since we complain that lali has not much of a story, finally she has some dialogues which used to be a few sentences. i hope she can join jeeva now and carry on the fight.

Thanks bluegal for keeping up the updates. I was out of town for 2 days and came back today and just saw the recording.

Adhi and Nithila glaring at Jeeva and co who are starting the thithi. Thamira smiling hopefully at nithila .
Selva goes to the sasthrigal-2 and asks him whether everything is ready. Nithila asks Sundara why those people have come here. Sundara says they have obviously come for giving thithi. Nithila wonders whose thithi?
Selva says it must be your father's thithi only and says anyway, we will give the thithi as planned and takes out his shirt and starts to get ready.
Nithila looking very angry and remembers now the fake video showing Thamira killing her father and she gets very furious and starts walking towards thte other group.

Nithila goes thee and glares at them and tells them to stop it. Jeeva gets annoyed and asks what are you talking. Nithila asks whose thithi are you giving. Jeeva keeps calm and says why you can't understand that. It is obviously for father. Nithila now snatches the plate in Thamira's hands with the thithi items and flings it on the ground. She asks thamira what temerity you have to be at the thithi of a person whom you have killed. Still Thamira does not get angry but Jeeva looks very pained and tells nithila not to talk stupid things without knowing anything. Adhi looks pleased.
Jeeva says as a younger sister she wants to tell nithila not to talk like this to your mother like this without knowing the full facts. Nithila now says you want to say that you are my younger sister--ok, this woman might be your mother because we both are looking alike but that does not mean that father is the same.
Jeeva can't control herself and seething with anger, she slaps Nithila.
Of course, it was a slap fully deserved, but Thamira's maternal instincts are very high and she gets angry at jeeva and slaps her.
Natraj gets annoyed at what is happening and walks away.
Thamira asks Jeeva to apologise to Nithila. But jeeva remains silent and Thamira keeps on pressurising her and jeeva is unable to refuse and finally says sorry to Nithila. All walk away and Adhi gives a triumphant smile.

Jeeva at home and looking very beautiful in a tight salwar. Natraj alo is there and Jeeva says with all the mess up, unfortunately father's thithi could not be given. Thamnira apologises to Natraj saying she had no right to hit jeeva because she has not done anything to jeeva other than giving birth. When everything has been done bu Natraj, how can she beat her, she wonders. She says her maternal paasam overtook her and hence she slapped jeeva.Natraj says he is not angry at her and what he wants to say is that whatever may the way in which anyone brings up a child, mother's affection will always be unrivalled and can never be matched. Now both start appreciating each other and Jeeva is happy.
But she goes to a corner and again reflects on her sister's talk about whether jeeva was born to another person and not Thillai

Now the scene in Nithila's house and Sundara tells Nithila strongly that what you did was very wrong and you should never have spoken to Thamira like that. He says because of all this, your father's thithi could not be given.Adhi reacts and says what wrong thing she did?She did right only.
Nithila slowly says she realised her mistake now.
Now Selva comes into the house with a towel on his chest and his father asks him how you have come looking like this. Selva says he has just given thithi to Nithila's father.
Nithila stares at him.

Thanks Bluegal --episode number corrected!

Selva comes home and says he has done the thithi for mama. He says because of the chaos in the beach, you all came back wiothout performing the thithi. But I knew how much interested was Nithila in having the ritual done and hence I stayed on and completed it.
Nithila is speechless. Sundara appreciates him. Adhi changes plate and tells Sundara that Selva has done a good thing. Selva leaves. Sundara tells Nithila that now at least you should understand what sort of a person is Selva.

Nithila comes up and says thanks to Selva. He says she needs to do something more and not just thanks. She looks up at him and asks what else do you want me to do. He says she has to come with him to some place. Looking at her tense face, he says don't worry, I am not going to kidnap you.

Selva takes Nithila to a temple and again she queries him at the entrance why he is bringing her here. He asks her to accompany him. Inside the same sasthrigal tells them that as the thithi was disrupted, Selva wants to do special pooja and he tells them to light a lamp and after they do that in a particular location in temple, he says he himself will do that in all the locations in the temple. Sasthrigal says all this is being done as per Selva's requests only. Nithila looks at Selva softly and selva of course beams!
They come outside and come to the car and Selva opens his door and also opens the back door for Nithila who however closes the back door and sits next to Selva who again beams!
(so far, so good for Selva😊)

Adhi comes to the hutments with driver Thomas and sees Pottu/poochi there. Pottu is garlanded and sitting in a chair and surrounded by the people in the hutments. Money is also being distributed and when Adhi comes, Pottu sends the other people away. Adhi asks him disgustingly what is going on here. Pottu says you have christened me as Surya and now I want everyone to be familiar with name if anyone comes here asking for Surya. Adhi says you are distributing money left and right and what will you do if it is exhausted.
Pottu says we have ATM here! Adhi says what ? you have ATM in this slum?
Pottu nonchalantly says ATM refers to ADHILAKSHMI THARA MONEY.
All have a big laugh 😊 and Adhi gives him a file and tells him that she has made a BCom certificate for him and also kept a recomendation letter for him from their lawyer to get a job with jeeva. Pottu says don't worry, he will manage everything.

Jeeva with Thamira who says whatever it is I should not have beaten you and you must be angry at me for that. jeeva says it is not like that. Thamira says even if Nithila is spitting poison at her, still she knows that it is all due to the machinations of Adhi. Hence she is always hoping that one day or other, Nithila will see through Adhi and come to understand her mother.
Jeeva speaks understandingly to her mother.Thamira says she has lot of paasam for nithila and hence she got angry when jeeva slapped nithila.
Now she says in future, she does not want jeeva to hurt Nithila in any way during her war with Adhi. She tells jeeva to give an assurance that she will not hurt Nithila.

Thamira takes her hand out and seeks the saththiyam from jeeva who thinks.

Todays brief update:

2) jeeva & thamira arranges to go shopping before thamira goes back to jail

3) nithila trying to hammer a nail and seeing she was unable to do so, selva comes over and offers to help. he accidently knocks into his finger & screams in pain. nithila was about to hold his hand when he says don't touch, and nithila asks "can't i touch you?" to which selva replies that whenever he touches her she feels like kamblipoochi (is that the word?) then continues knocking the nail and nithila walks away feeling sad at his words.

4) surya (pottu) goes for interview at TT granites, jeeva's company and since only natraj was around, he interviews him. surya gives the recommendation letter and asks for a job. natraj says presently there is no vacancy and that he will call him if there is one. surya gets angry and tears up the recommendation letter and says even if the company calls him and offers him job, he won't accept. he leaves. (Do note that pottu is talking normally at the interview and with aathi until the last few sentences)

5) he reports to aathi of what happen and she scolds him for messing things up. surya coolly says that the company will definitely call him back for a job with confidence. aathi gives a doubtful face.

6) jeeva comes out of the shopping ctre and sees the watchman whom she pulls aside and questions why is he still here and not overseas. meanwhile the camera zooms in on thamira who is waiting in the car. then back to jeeva, she calls natraj and tells him that she will send that watchman over to him and he is supposed to buy a ticket for train and send him off elsewhere.natraj agrees and jeeva flags down an auto and send the watchman off. she goes back to the car and realises thamira is missing from the car. she goes to the shopping complex to check but seems thamira did not come in again. jeeva walks out with a thinking face and it ends...

I am rather busy and hence only brief points for Wed episode. Sorry about that.

1. Lots of suspense about the dead body and obviously it is someone else.

2. Prabha goes to Thomas house and beats him and gets the address of Adhi's guest house. Thomas denies knowledge about kidnapping Thamira.( Now Prabha should have tied him up but instead leaves him and that proves a blunder!)

3. Lots of scenes about Lalitha. She is advised by her grandma to reconcile but she is firm and say she wants to live separately with Shanta and will not go back to the house. Sundara comes to her home and pleads with her but of no avail.

4. Prabha goes to the guest house and Adhi's gangsters catch him and beat him up badly.They taunt him that you are the person who took money from Adhi and later ditched her.

5. Now we see Thamira in a car and some gangsters are there. Thamira shouts for help. This is seen by Pottu/poochi who chase the car by running--little peela only 😊
The chase is shown for some time and that is the last scene.
