OK guys... Today's epi rocked.. I loved it anyways 😃

So.... DD come on stage introducing "Garnier Fructic Jodi No.1 Season 2 JUDGEMENT DAY"..........

First all the finals jodis are called on stage and they give their anticipation for the result....

Everyone said this week was more than a week for them... With tensions and nervousness 😛

Then our legendary master Sundaram performed for the song Hero Karthik's.. "Raja raja di rajan inda raja"

Man should say, even at this age master's jhatak, matak and those lovey duvey looks were.... Super 👏

Then master makes and entry and our audience all give him their appreciation by telling "Super... Super... Super..." in his way 😃

Then Uma Riyaaz Khan gave a perfomance on the song "konjam neruppu..... Chandrelekha" from film "Tiruda Tiruda"

Then comes the hero of the show (DD's line)... Mr. Silambarasan 😛

So then DD asks his opinion.... Simbu says he is excited today, becasue the title is announced....

So as usual as Simbu had done on pre-finals i.e. wild card announcement day.... He gave out awards for the final jodis....

For Venkat-Nisha he said he liked them fighting with each other... their friendly joking fights generally gives a wonderful feel... So the award for them was... He asks the audience to guess,... They also try different names but DD breaks the name "Tom and Jerry 😉 😆 ".. Simbu also said the fact now was we don't know who is Tom and who is Jerry, because they would start to fight for them too 😆

Next is our kadai kutti jodi... Irfan and Monisha 😃
Simbu as usual asks the audience for the award names.... Everyone say Sharukh Khan and Jyothika award.... And Simbu agrees.... Simbu gives Irfan "Shahrukh Khan award" and Monisha "Jyothika Award".... He adds that people may think for such kids he has given such big named awards, but he says that he didn't give them because they were Shahrukh Khan and Jyothika, but had given it for motivating them to come like that.... How sweet 😳

Then the award for Tinku and Preethi... For Preethi he gave "Most Competent Award"... this he said he gave because Preethi always supported Tinku in the dance items, how ever difficult and risky it was....

As for Tinku he said that I am sorry this award is not meant for you, but surely giving away this award gives me pleasure.... He gives "Silambarasan Award".... Simbu says that I know all may want to show their awards to everyone saying that I received this award from Simbu, but to you Tinku I request when you go home please keep this award locked up in a cupboard... Because I gave you this award for my wishes.... Some years later I may or may not become a big person in this field, but I am sure I will definitely become a noted person, only then do take out this award....

Tinku responds saying that wehn coming on to the stage I had felt whether I will receive the 10 lakhs or not but now I fell it none.... This award is great for me... He added I had told at the beginning of the show that you are my Ji Simbu and are happy to have you here... Simbu says he felt honored to give him this 😭 👏


Then DD says that she is upset because no award is given for her and Deepak... But Simbu joking says that well don't feel upset I have an award for you too... And that name the whole of Tamil Nadu knows... With the whole audience shouting "Total Damage" Simbu gives that award to DD 🤣

Then Simbu says that he has an award for Master Sundaram as well.... He calls him on stage and says that this is not an award but a small gift.... And this gift name also everyone knows.... The whole audience says "Super" and Simbu gives that gift cum award to Master Sundaram 👏

He says that he has an award for Sangeetha also, but she is not here because of a shooting in Kumbakonam... Many may have felt Sangeetha was harsh with her judgements, but I would say that she had said what was right and truthful... So for it is "Straight Forward" award... He says DD to have it for now, but only he will give it directly to Sangeetha later 👏

Then Dev, Aravind and Sri along with north actress some Ms. Parekh gave a peformance... The dance was shot off stage and was for the TV only... For Polladavan remix song.. It was more of camera efect than dance 😕

The comes the award for Best choreographer..... "Rocky" Master Sundaram gave it away....

Then Krithika and Aishwariya gave a performance for another remix song... "Tulluvado ilamai".... I not much approved of it... It was also more of camera effects

Then Simbu asks DD who is the winner... DD says I don't know, only you know... Simbu imitates the same like DD and says that tell the usual dialog you say... DD asks it is only after that only and announces a break 😉

Then Simbu is standing and a bouquet is near him... He says "Ennada ithu poo mattum irukku ponna kaanum?".. then DD shows her face from behind the bouquet and Simbu acts as if getting scared (Should say it was funny to see, but maybe wasn't needed)....

Well then Simbu says that we all had racked our brains thinking of a suitable person to announce the Jodi No.1 title... After all we decided that this is been a dance competition, how it would be if a the dance itself came to give away the award.... So about this person only one what I can think of is "The other name for dance... Master Prabhu Deva"(I whole heartedly agree 😳 ).... And amidst great whistles and standing ovation Prabhu Deva comes....

Great show... Then Prabhu Deva gives his opinion about he show, said he couldn't watch it regularly but did whenever he could... And he actually saw it at first because his father was there then later started to see it for the jodis also....

Prabhu Deva takes his seat.... Simbu says that why he didn't dance for the full song of Pokkiri... Prabhu Deva says that it was actually not planned, but as everyone insisted he had done few steps in it... Then DD asks Prabhu about Simbu... Prabhu Deva says that he was OK at start but now I feel he can dance more better than me (Come on yaar Prabhu Deva you are just been too modest, is what I felt).... DD asks him saying that I had askes Simbu who was his favorite Master Prabhu Deva or Master Raju Sundaram... Simbu had said Master Raju Sundaram.... But Prabhu Deva says laughing says that No I had seen that epi 😉 😆 Simbu makes a mocking face at her for a joke 😃

Then Simbu says that Master Prabhu Deva you were not here but we felt your presence here.... He says see it for yourself.... Then they show the songs of Prabhu Deva for which our jodis danced.... Like Irfan-Monisha for "Mellisaiye" and "Kozhi kunju vechirukein Gopala".... Then Tinku-Preethi' the one they did in intro round (don't remember the song", then Sri-Kritika's "Metro channel", then of course Dev-Aishwarya'a "Pokkiri" and more.....

Then DD says that there is another matter, but Simbu come on stage that stop you bickering and tell the reults.... 😆

Then the grand result.... Prabhu Deva announces after audience count down.... "TINKU AND PREETHI"..... Yeah I even thought knew the result before hand was really happy and enthusiatic 👏 👏 👏 Preethi knelt with happy tears and Tinku also bowed the ground... Tinku and Preethi's family came on stage and hugged them all..... A great emotional moment 😭

Then Tinku and Preethi were given the award, cheque and a bigggggg bouquet 😛 Tinku spoke saying it was a great moment for him and his family... It was like he has earned a property for his child Lakshana as a father... Other properties and lands may or may not be there at a later stage, but this is a great honor😳 Preethi says that Tinku said the award as a father;s gift for a child, bur for me it is a girl's gift to her mom... Because she had made me join a dance class at the age of three with some faith, and I think it if sort of fulfilled today... She asks her mom "happy??"... Her mom is shown who says yes... How sweet naa!!!!!!!!!! Love them all....

Venkat brings a bigggggggggggggggg rose garland and put it for Tinku jokingly saying to Preethi that he could get only one 😆

Then Venkat, Nisha, Monisha,Irfan all wish them saying they felt happy....

Tinku's sister and Preethi's mom are asked to share their feelings....

Then comes a break 😛

Man the much awaited Chervolet Spark Car Best Performer award.... Simbu said that more than Jodi No.1 selection this one was really tough for us... There were many nominees and finally we short listed three.... And selection among that became a real though job for us... But finally it is Venkat....... 👏 👏 👏

Tinku was the first to hug him, how sweet... Then there were many hugs and kisses, but master Sundaram interrupts in between.... He say that result was wrong.... Simbu and Master fight jokingly with Master saying it was Nisha and Simbu saying no the paper said Venkat.... While this mock fight was going on you should have seen Venkat's face staring at his wife angrily (Jokingly of course)... He then goes over to Simbu asking "Oru cycleaa vadu kodupeengala maateengala??" 🤣

Then the award is given..... Now you don't expect to bring the car itself on stage yaar 😆 They gave a big key to him.... Nisha also joined him... She was asked to speak.. She said I am proud, but the problem is he will now torture me saying he won the car 😉 😆 Seriously saying I know he deserves it and gives Venkat a kiss 😳 All cheer him.... Venkat says "Idukaga daily our car vaanganum poliruke" 😆

Then the "Most Popular Jodi" award goes to Irfan and Monisha 👏

Then Simbu, Master Sundaram,Prabhu Deva are given momentos by all the jodis 😛

Then Simbu gives away the most "Talented Dancer" award to Uma Riaz 👏


Then Prabhu Deva leaves... He is requested for a dance, but man he feels so shy☺️ "Romio aatam potta" song is played but he doesn't dances for it... Simbu does and Prabhu does small steps with him... Finally its Pokkiri time... Song is put and Prabhu Deva does small steps but gives a mind blowing step of that shirt lifting 😍

Wellll Then all's well that ends well........

DD asks Simbu that "Well Simbu Prabhu Deva has left, Mster Sundaram also has taken leave....." Simbu interjects saying that "Naa yen innum pogalennu kekaam kekariya 😆 " DD says "Welll.... She didn't mean it, but the show has ended so....."

Then Simbu shares his experience.... He says that when he said everyone he is coming to the show for judging it, there were lot of apprehensions... But more the apprehensions he felt like coming here, because he alwaya listens to his heart and he was happy to have taken the decision 😊 Because now the world knows the real Simbu, the Simbu off screen and all thanks to Vijay Tv 👏

Guys I would really like to say something here.... Before Smibu entering the show, I really didn't know him and didn't like him much because of his over styles in his films.... But now I feel that he is not that bad... I wouldn't say he is not an apt judge for competition.... Maybe because of the age we did feel it that way, but his judgements were reallt truthful I would say 😊 Well what happens in one's personal life is never known fully to anyone other than the individual itself and we all know the film industry... Rumors are with the air.... Who knows what is right and wrong????

I still dont like Simbu, he was not fair to everyone and his is such a maha nadigan to get synpathy from the viewers 😡 Sangi, she was also one of the rude ones with her comments to Uma.

Prabhu Deva is still the best dancer, simbu and vijay can never come up to his level 😉

YAHOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! my PreTi won the contest!!😲😲😲omg..omg.. they actually won the competition!😲😲 wheee!!!!! i'm so so so SOOOOO happy for PreTi! they were always my fav couple in this season & they won! they won! they won! omg.. i'm really really really happy!!😃

but one thing that bothers me is why are they bringing prabhu deva in just to announce the results? he should have been in the judging panel alongside his dad master sundaram instead of ahem.. you know who.😉😆😆 the show would have been MUCH MUCH better i tell you.😊

Welll I think that was right... Hope so in the next season they bring good judges 😛

Thx karthika for the lovely update. Prabhu deva is the best dancer. Compared to Simbu and well lets not discuss about him LOL! Otherwise, there will be coconuts being thrown on my head 😛 .
