The only thing that I will request from director is --please don't make jeeva look foolish even temporarily like falling in love with surya without knowing his intentions.
So much build up has been given to jeeva's role that it is difficult to imagine her not being street smart!!

I agree with dasa sir, it would look foolish on Jeeva's part to fall for Surya, without knowing his true intentions. But it would be nice if Jeeva could play along with his game, pretend to be in love with him and teach him a lesson as well.

I guess the best outcome would be if Surya and Jeeva joined hands together. That way, Surya would become Aadhi's worst nightmare.
Remember Surya recently met the slum drunkard in jail - the drunkard was aware that both Ganga and MS were searching for Venky's camera phone before Venky's mysterious death and Ganga disappeared after his death as well - this would be of great help in Venky's murder case. It would also explain why Ganga came to Venky's house on the night of the murder.
The original video evidence (the one with Aadhi's face, instead of Thamira's duplicate one) if found, would in return, point straight to Aadhi for murdering Thillai 20 years ago in Andhaman - and this would be of greater help in Thillai's murder case.
So it would end up that Surya, who is suppose to help Aadhi by falling in love with Jeeva, would eventually help Jeeva by sending Aadhi to jail and by proving Thamira's innocence in 2 murder cases!

Gosh, if Aadhi thinks about all this, she won't be paying any bonus money to Surya and she would be running for her dear life.
It's funny to see how Aadhi has paid Surya to work for her...only to have him put her behind bars and save Thamira's life instead.
Anyway, it's a mega-serial...so I don't think the storyline would go that way. I wish it would though....

Exactly my sentiments Dasa. I remember voicing this out long back.
Jeeva falling for Pottu (he was Pottu then!!) - either she gets to know
him well and falls for him or finds out that it is Aadhi's plan and plays
along to find out how far it can go - and if the latter is true, the viewers
should know from the beginning about J's intention - that way, the acting and story line can be enjoyed better. I some how cant imagine J to make rash
decisions in major issues - anything to do with Aadhi, J should be sharp!!! well, so far this serial has been going on track with no major set backs and hope the same will be maintained. Atina probably can carry our sentiments or when Surya(Shyam) reads thro these comments , could reach the feed backs!!!

Did you know that Deepak and Preethi are so familiar with some of Bandam forum members names.....and onf of them is you. Deepak told " ayo I have to be careful if not people like spain, bluegal and dasa will burry us under the ground..."

Thanks Atina. Yes, I am aware that the Bandham team is familiar with my forum name because Preethi once sent me a pm saying that she and Deepak are scared of my comments! Ha ha ha.....

Regarding the Jeeva-Surya track, Jeeva may come to know of his true character through the warehouse security guard...(the one who worked for Ganapathy Granites and later poured acid over the granite tiles). Did you notice on the day of the shopping complex incident, just before Thamira's disappearance....the warehouse security guard suddenly showed up in front of Jeeva's car. I think Surya used this watchman as part of his kidnapping plot, to distract Jeeva away from her mother. That's why it was easy to kidnap Thamira that day.

If the warehouse security guard later came to know that Surya is acting as Jeeva's security guard...the watchman could leak out to Jeeva that he was actually part of the kidnapping hoax set up by Pottu (aka Surya). Maybe then, Jeeva would finally be alert and realize Surya's true intentions. And if so, then Jeeva can play along with his game as well. Maybe she can fool Surya too...

Imagine a scene like this:
Surya (with great nervousness): I....I...I love you, Jeeva.
Jeeva (with great calmness): I love you too....POTTU!!!

Surya wouldn't know whether to smile or cry in such a situation. Smile because he has finally achieved his goal. Or cry because he has finally been caught!

Screen would freeze on Surya's face, with his jaw dropping down and his eyes popping out in shock. Jeeva wins again. Thodarum.

Well, that is just my imagination.
Let's see how the director unfolds the story....
