Atina, while it would be fun to write the script for a serial, the fact is that even writing the script for a short play lasting eight minutes on the stage takes me more than three or four days. At that rate, a whole serial would never get written. I commend these writers who have to churn out scripts daily, and keep in mind that the viewers must not be lost either, and on top of it all, this process goes on for months and years. If I were a real script writer, I would have run away from the job. I don't think they get paid like the script writers for movies, either, whose job is simpler compared to these people, since they only write for a three hour show. So, despite the fact that I like to poke fun at these stories, the fact remains that I salute anyone who has the patience and the persistence to write these stories that have to be played out for such a long period of time.

However, in a lighter vein, if I ever do write such a story, rest assured that Aish, with her paasamalai pozhinji vitting and you with your thalai mutting will be star characters in my story!
