They grew up as sibling is clear from Jagya's statement when he said all the three brothers about Nandini , ki tum logo ki behen---

Infact DS told umpteen number of times that for her Jagya Anandi's kids are same.

But it is clearly shown by CVs that Shivam misses his father . He was saying Abhi is so lucky to have a father like Jagya. When he see a father , son bond , he misses his father.

But he never look Jagya as his father figure. for him it is always Shiv ,

It is clearly shown that Shivam wants to be as strong as his father.
When he goes for any exam , competition he needs his parents, Anandi and Shiv accompanying him, be it as person or spirit. No one else can take that place

In many ways they have shown that for Shivam his father is the source of inspiration and his mother is the source of comfort and security.He loves his extended family very much but he knows that his parents are his parents and he looks up to his parents for his emotional needs.He constantly asks his mother whether what he is doing is to his father's liking or not.His mother is not just mother to him but his sole link to his father.

When they shifted to SN he was unhappy for a few days because he missed the large family in BH but kids are like that and soon he was quite well settled in his new home until CVs brought them back to BH and are making them stay there 😛

Anandi returned to BH because Dsa lives there and it is Dsa's home she built it.

Going by the story Daddu asked Dsa to take Anandi with her. So it is Dsa she came back to and not to Jagya.

I am surprised how it said anandi lives in her grandmother's house. Whether jagya lives there or not is immaterial.

She entered that house as jagya's wife. Jagya was always a member of that house right from his birth.

Second time she entered there again because of jagya and dadisa. Both had gone to get her.

When she came to BH, she said that she wants to live in the outhouse because of jagya.

So how it is said anandi lives in her grandmother's house and not in jagya's?

Exactly. Even those children who are lucky to grow up with their fathers are happy to have other father figures in their lives.

Then in this case, Jagya is the only male figure Shivam knows of, trusts and bonds with. So why won't J be a father figure in his life. But at the same time why won't Shivam have any feelings for Shiv?

How would it be possible for Shivam not to think of his own father? But whenever he sees J, he probably hoped that his own father too would have been someone, like J is to Abhi.

The locket was brought up to show how much it means to him and what it repesents to him. It represents his family to him.

That is the reason why he doesn't want Nimboli to wear it.He didn't want his mother to give away something that belonged to Nandini and he didn't want Nimboli to take the place of Nandini.

If it was just a trinket with no legacy attached to it he wouldn't have cared if his mother gave away.

Aanndi had gone to BH with Dsa because Dsa lives there.

She would have gone where ever Dsa lived.

She may be Jagya's grandmother but the lady loves Anandi equally and that love was earned by Anandi.

The relationship which came with her marriage to Jagya ended the day Jagya brought in Gauri to BH.

The relationship between Singhs and Anandi had become independent of her marital status with Jagya.Jagya has no rights to question Dsa or his parents in this matter. If they wish to treat his discarded wife as their own daughter he is no one to question them.

Did they ever showed that Shivam thinks J as his father figure? Instead they showed that he only idolize Shiv when the thought "father " comes to his mind, He wants to be like him, not like Jagya.

When he sees Abhi and Jagya , he thought Abhi is lucky as he has his father. Never did he said he is lucky to have a father figure ljke Jagya though J was hugging him to

Definitely he loves his Kakusa a lot. He would have loved him even if Shiv was there.

The way Anandi is Mashi to Mannu Abhi, Ganga is Kakisa to Shivam, Jagya is Kakusa to Shivam

In fact Anandi remembered how she came as child bride in BH when she reached BH after Shakhers left. That clearly says it's her sasural 😛
