They should get her married off to Anant who anyways is looking for a wife and his daughter is looking for a mother

But M is not looking for marriage - why should she be forced into marriage?

And Dr. Anant is not looking for marriage -he is smitten with someone and would be happy to marry her - he is not looking potential partner in anyone else - even his daughter also wants her maam - and has not looked any other woman as mother - why should they be forced to accept someone else?

M is not looking at marriage because she believes that marriage happens only once and even though she has all the desires but she suppresses them because she thinks it is wrong to have them.

Wanting to be splashed with holi colours and mehendi are surrogate ways of expressing them and she used Devi avatar to satisfy those desires.

Anant had an unhappy marriage mainly because of incompatible partner so he is looking for a second chance and in his mind Anandi fitted the bill.
Nidhi is just into hero worshipping Anandi which girls or boys of that age do and the fact that her father likes Anandi is making her think along those lines.

Mangala should be made aware of the fact that she can get a second chance at life if she desires so.
The fact that she is clutching on to that girl and not letting her go itself tells that she is scared of the emptiness that will follow once the girl exits her life.Till she is given hope that there is life beyond that girl she will make life unbearable for everyone around with her repulsive ways,

Anandi - nothing about her tells that she is looking to fill a vacant space left in her life simply because she has learnt to live with that huge gap left by Shiv's death. She seems to be more focussed on her children and her work more than anything else.

@Bold: Her focus on her children is a big question mark now considering the way she is dtsgging revealing Nandini's identity. Otherwise yes she doesnt need anyone to fill up her life - she has hands full and more with her work & children when this whole drama is resolved

How she handles her life and her problems that arise in her life and whether she feels the need for anything more in life are two different issues.
She is focused on her children and battling successfully or unsuccessfully with her fears about revealing the truth is part of that aspect of her life.
Even if Nandini gets to know the truth she is going to love her mother and hate her at the same time.So she doesn't have time or emotions to spare for a new relationship like another marriage.

Anant may like Anandi a lot but Anandi is in no situation to provide what he wants in a partner.

Not wanting to let go off a child that you have loved and raised for 12 years doesn't mean, you are looking for a partner or companion.

Mangala is not looking for a partner and having a spouse is not an entry ticket to applying mehendi, holi or wearing colourful clothes and so on.

Mangala can still remain a widow and take liberty to fulfill her desires as many widows do. For that she need not remarry.

Anant is not a substitute for Nimboli. Besides, Anant is not thinking of M but A. Anant may propose and Anandi can reject but for that Anant need not settle for M.

Mangala is clinging on to that child even when the child clearly indicated that she wants to meet her mother and hoped that she would be someone like CC indicates that lady is clinging on to that child not because she has rights over that child but she is scared of looking at a life beyond that child.
Wanting mehendi and Holi colours is just an indication that she wants more out of life but her fear of breaking traditions is what preventing her.

It could very well be a latent desire to experience all the joys and happinesses of life including a new partner.Since it is a Hindi daily soap only the likes of Sanchi is bold and modern and Rasika who is brazen are allowed to express their desire get closer to a man and Sanskari bahu Anandi has to be drugged to express her desires😛

It is Mangala who probably wants a proper family that life had denied her and Anant wants a compatible partner which life had denied him so far.Through Nimboli she had some part of her desire to lead a fuller life fulfilled. If given hope and made aware that there is nothing wrong in seeking a second chance at life she may opt for a second marriage

Nidhi probably wants a mother too.

Where as Anandi and her children are not looking any where else despite all the problems they are facing in their relationship.

Did nimboli ever say that she doesn't want M? She wants to meet her mother to know why she did throw her as an infant.
And what do a person supposed to be - a saint who is above all attachments? A normal human being can easily get attached to a child if he/she cared and brought up that child for over a decade.

As regards marriage - why should Anant marry M? He isn't seeing potential partner in M but in Anandi. Let him propose and let Anandi decide whether she wants to accept or reject the proposal. Why drag M into this😉 when she never expressed a desire or need for marriage. Anyway she is too old to marry Anant.

At the age of 50 people, may not want to look beyond their current life style, beliefs and comfort zone. Anandi is 40 in the show and kamli is also around 23-24. This indicates that Mangala is around 50, and if she had a child back then, her child would be married too and may be had kids. Mangala would be a grand mom by now.

So at the age of 50, a person will not have sudden "desires". Taking liberty like dressing in colourful clothes or merry making during celebrations, is different from feeling attracted to another man.

Even Anandi danced in Jagya's wedding or dressed up in Diwali for Nimboli's sake. So is it fair to conclude that she is also feeling attracted towards another man? She also had to suppress her "desires" post her loving husband's death, and it has already been 12 years, so does that mean she should remarry?

Wanting to see Mangala getting married at the age of 50, (considering her beliefs and ways of living) is like suggesting a partner for Dsa or Meenu (at their age before leap). Even the open minded ones like Meenu or Dsa had difficulties in going overboard with celebrations / attention, what makes people think that Mangala will go all the way to get married?

Mangala has no such desires, plus the time has passed.

Mangala found a new hope in Nimboli while she was leading an aimless life. She loved her, cared for her and yes she doesn't want to lose her. She is clingy and her methods of retaining Nimboli are wrong, but she is certainly not looking for a man.

------

In all honesty, Anant has been introduced for Anandi and he is smitten by her. Even if Anants to remarry, he will need someone to suit his taste. For now, Anandi fits the bill in every way. Their age, compatibility, education, style of thinking, living, culture, society etc matches. Anant hardly shares any commonness with Mangala.

So obviously it's not Anant and Mangala.

Agree , what I am saying is also that she doesnt need anyone in her life as she has hands full. Only commenting on the focus part - her way of dealing with what is her focus (children) : She has to visibly demonstrate thru action on what is her focus instead of crying in front of the manipluating Mn and sitting on the whole thing for months together
She is the main lead, but somewhere her character has been completely ruined in the recent track.. And cant justify her actions by any logic
