I don't hate Toral and don't have any ulterior motives to bash her. I tried my level best to accept her as Anandi. But she was a huge misfit as Shiv's wife IMO. Her acting was terrible in the beginning...but got better eventually. I was fine with P not being Anandi. That was never a problem . But what became difficult was accepting this face which never appealed to me. She seems well fit like a widow with a 12 yr old son though. Maybe, this was what the directors had in mind when they chose a second Anandi. And all seems to be in place. But to imagine toral again as Nandini, I would tremble with fear!!! I hope the directors don't even consider these options. Shashank of course looks smart and young...he could easily play a 22yr old again! So I wished he stayed for long.

True she has nothing to do with it. It was brought on mainly because of the people thought it is okay if the actresses who are same as him playing mothers to grown ups.

I don't really care whether the character J exists or not and if he is there who plays it doesn't matter to me.

As long as they don't dilute the story which they claim the show is all about - Anandi's search for her daughter and her journey and the lives of her children - (This is what the makers and the channel claim BV is all about not my interpretation). By bringing in Kacche Umar ki pakke rishte into that story.

Don't really want Singhs any where near Anandi Shivam Nandini and Anandi;s efforts to get her back. Hope they keep to the promise and show it as Anandi's fight and her doing it on her own. Not every single mother is married more than once and has ex husband pitching in unless they advocate the message - marrying multiple times is a good idea if one husband goes other comes in to pitch in.😛

Glad that my vote made a difference.

I remember I had voted several days later, after reading several comments on how Anandi's life needs Jagya to get screen space.

Since Anandi shows no signs of being deleted from the serial, it was obvious that Jagya needed a new face to make sure Anandi can get few seconds of fame during the 20 odd minutes of an episode.

So if the news is true then welcome Shakti Anandi. Glad to have you on board.

I used to think that Shashank is of 22-23 years old and that is why one day I said that he is of our age but now after seeing your discussion I just checked on Wiki, I was surprised to see that he is one year older than Toral ! OMG can't believe this.

I'm sure the show is headed for a leap after few more months once Anandi Nandini relationship is established.

They have already shown Nandini addressing Mannu as Bhaisa and probably she will address Abhi also Bhaisa.

So there is no question of Abhi being paired with Nandini.

So even if they are being played Shashank and Toral it doesn't matter.

Going by the cast they have chosen to play Nandini and Shivam it was quite obviousl they have taken the looks of the actors playing Anandi and Shiv into consideration

Anyways the next generation story doesn't look like it is Jagya and Anandi's kids and their relationship but Kundan and Nandini story. After all it is Balika Vadhu If Nandini is Balika Vadhu Kundan is Balak Var.

No leap now now ...

may be next year ... Since they replace two character now so plus new kids on board getting footage

at least one year current story will be seen till March 2016 after that no idea

Anyways the next target is episode 2000.

To mark 1000th episode they brought in Anandi's felicitation by the CM on her professional life and Shivraj Shekhar on the personal front . In fact the entire episode was dedicated to Anandi.

Wonder what they will do now . Since they can't get a better man than Shiv even if they try hard probably they will bring someone who is exact opposite of Shivraj Shekhar . That is Akheraj Singh who is exactly opposite of what Anandi stands for and personifies everything that she has been fighting against . Would be very fitting if this fight is inaugated to mark 2000 episodes

So in spite of all the cursing BV is all set to run for another 1000 episodes.

Characters are more important for BV CVs , not the actors😆

As long as the story interests me, I will watch it.

Always watching it for Anandi, so lets see what's in store now
